Monthly Rentals in Parramatta River

Sharlene and Mike have a lovely flat that is well equipped with everything you need for a great stay. Lots of kitchen equipment, cleaning supplies, comfy bed, good washing machine. They were very responsive and communicated well any time we contacted them. Train is reasonably close and connected to main lines. Supermarket is handy and Concord is a short walk away. We had an awesome stay and would recommend this place. The owners were close by but we had a lot of privacy. Thanks Mike and Sharlene for being so friendly and available. We had a wonderful stay visiting our daughter and enjoying Sydney.

Nice quiet spot to stay at, bus stop just up the street, IGA right beside bus stop, room had lots of amenities (air fryer, microwave, fridge was very appreciated). Thank you for the little snacks - very thoughtful. Lots of lovely pillows on the bed, lots of hangers in the wardrobe. Ensuite bathroom had fantastic shower pressure and was well stocked. The walk to cabarita ferry was very lovely. Maria has been very helpful in checking in with us, thank you for the flexible check in and check out times 😊

literally only a 5 minute walk to the train station! amazing location with water from views and a nice quiet neighbourhood. my family had a wonderful time and appreciated the spaciousness of the bnb. amazing place. will definitely be booking again in the future
