Holiday rentals with a patio in Parra

The Condo was beautifully designed and was homely enough to stay with my family. The help was available during the day and would assist with household chores. Anuradha was responsive and ensured we had a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend the place!

I stayed with my family at Manjul’s place for 2 nights. The location was great, near the beach ( 5min drive). The house was neat clean, caretaker was always there, and had all the required amenities. Also the pool was great. Thanks for hosting us, Manjul.

Рекомендую! Расположение 10/10. Тихо и спокойно, до магазинов 2 минуты езды на скутере. Помимо этого, рядом в Siolim есть кофейни и кафе. Апартаменты 10/10. Апартаменты чистые и уютные. Есть все необходимое: стиральная машина, плита, посуда, холодильник, микроволновка, вентиляторы и кондиционер и тд. Есть балкон, очень уютно. Помимо этого, территория охраняется. На территории бассейн и маленький спортивный зал. Интернет 9/10. Хорошая скорость интернета, можно удаленно работать и смотреть фильмы. Однако, довольно часто выключали свет на 5 минут, это немного отвлекало, но к счастью в комплексе есть генератор. Хозяйка гостеприимная и отзывчивая, быстро реагировала на наши вопросы. Спасибо!

The location is ideal for families looking for a private place close to beaches. It is more suited for someone who has a vehicle at their disposal as it a walk to main road. The kitchen is well equipped for breakfast and quick meals. I would recommend it.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Stunning Stay at Pink Papaya, Goa! We had an amazing experience staying at the flat by Pink Papaya in Goa. The theme and interiors were even better than the photos—they honestly don’t do justice to how beautiful and thoughtfully designed the place is. Mishika, our host, was super responsive and helpful throughout the stay. The caretaker and security were also great—no issues at all, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The flat is located in a safe, peaceful neighborhood with all the popular North Goa beaches just a short drive away. It was the perfect balance of comfort, style, and convenience. Highly recommend and would love to come back again!

We had a wonderful stay at the villa! It was in excellent condition and perfectly suited for our group of 7 friends. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to beautiful beaches and great cafes. Cezar's place was perfect for a couple of day stay in Goa. The house was comfortable, so close to the beach that you could hear the waves, and easy to relax in. Jahlak, the house caretaker, made us breakfast each morning and helped answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed at Oryza by Koala in Goa and honestly, it felt like we were in Bali, not India! The space is stunning, every corner is so thoughtfully done, it was hard to stop taking pictures. The service was amazing too, super warm and helpful, and they even surprised us with the cutest little gift when we were leaving (such a sweet touch!). We had the best time and only wish we could’ve stayed longer. Definitely coming back soon!

I really enjoyed my stay at Jay’s studio! He was very communicative through my stay. The kitchen, solid WIFI and all of the amenities make it good for a longer stay like I had as well. Safe and enjoyable location too. Highly recommend!

This is the first BnB that I have experienced that is better than a 5 Star Hotel

We had an excellent experience at Aguada Anchorage goa. Villa looks exactly the same as that of given in the pictures. host and staff especially Ms Sheetal were very cooperative and responsive. property has 2 swimming pools and are well maintained. the property is located in a central place of candolim which has easy access to restaurants and activities. despite being at central location, the property is very quiet peaceful and private. villa is very well maintained with great interiors, spotlessly clean rooms and kitchen, well maintained outdoor area and availability of all important appliances. I would strongly recommend this place for everyone planning a private homestay vacation in Goa.

Raavi's villa in Assagao is a hidden gem in the heart of Assagao, Goa. A very tastefully restored and designed Portuguese villa nestled in the wilderness of Goa. The villa is fully equipped with everything one needs to have a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. The caretaker also prepared us breakfast every morning and was always available at our disposal. Raavi is super responsive and attentive to guests and we feel lucky to have had the privilege of having lived in the house and being hosted by Raavi and his wonderful on ground team. we definitely intend to come back soon.

We just wrapped up an unforgettable stay at this brand-new 3BHK villa—and it exceeded every expectation! Plush interiors, spacious ensuite bedrooms with verandahs, and a gleaming private pool (highly chlorinated—our feet got a free spa peel!). Sharvil was an exceptionally responsive and generous host, and Masud—our friendly caretaker—made the best poha in all of India, delighting our kids with his kindness. Booking taxis via GoaMiles was effortless, and Zomato drivers had no trouble finding us. This luxurious, serene escape is perfect for families or groups seeking comfort and convenience. We loved every moment and can’t wait to return!

The property is located in good scenery and peaceful environment. It's a good place to escape from your busy schedule, Highly recommended. William was a good host, always available and helpful in all the situations and he helped us to get cab, bike contacts. Daily cleaning services were provided. Even bargained for cab charges. The cab driver was good. Pros of property Power backup, OTT platforms like Prime, Netflix, hotstar, etc.

Right from the moment we booked to the moment I left, everything was seamless. The caretakers, the family, everyone made us feel so welcome. This has easily been one of my most memorable stays, and I’m really hoping this becomes a regular getaway .
