The Tennis House Remastered: Studio&Private Garden

Not only the house is located a 5 to 10 minute walk from the center of Cascais, but it will also ensure you a fully relaxed, fun, and yet private stay with greens and gardens amongst fruit trees that surround the house, and of course not forgetting the tennis court. The Pool House is located on my plot on the outskirts of Cascais Center, within walking distance to many restaurants, cafés, museums, beaches and a short 35-minute train ride to the center of Lisbon. In the plot there is the main house with direct entrance from the street, and three small Houses, each accessible from the street by the garden entrance: Pool House, Guest House and the Garden House Our 6 Guests in total are welcome to use the heated plunge pool all year round.

It has a large beach, train station, supermarket, grocery stores, barbershop, several cafes and restaurants, atm machine, skate park, playground and beautiful gardens.

It was built in 1940 and was recently totally restored. An electric car or a 9 seat Van is available for rental by request, with excellent conditions, pick up in Sintra or at the airport.
