The Blue House is located in the Finnish Colony in Penedo, set in the backyard of a local plastic artist, with its atelier and several facilities and exhibitions around the house, such as the Fusca Jardim. The chalet has a hot tub, smart TV, microwave and air-conditioning. In the outdoor area we have a wood stove, mini gas stove, minibar, sink, barbecue and several native fruit trees. We are 15 minutes drive from the main waterfalls and 5 minutes from the shopping center.
