Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Parque del Plata

We loved the place, a fully equipped apartment and close to everything you need. Excellently cared for apartment and unique view. It has all the details you need to stay, very easy access. It has a gym, playroom, pool, among others that can be used without any problem. Excellent Wi-Fi in the apartment and throughout the building. The host always responded quickly and very kindly. I totally recommend staying here.

All spotless! Spectacular ocean view with terrace. Very comfortable apartment with 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Everything worked perfectly. The apartment is excellent, the communication with David is very good and the structure of the building is spectacular. The beach is practically in front and the view of the balcony is equally spectacular. P who has the mood and likes a walk the market is about 1km + or -... Restaurants are also not so close to lodging... but by car they are 5 minutes and really easy to get.. The only negative aspect is that if another guest baths in the other suite at the same time the water is so weak that it has to wait to finish the bath... But this is irrelevant given all the rest that the lodging provides... I will come back for sure.

Of the best accommodations we were, it is in a quiet area ideal for rest. The apartment was spotless, the blanqueria itself and has a very comfortable bed. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and more. The complex is quiet and good quality, we are very happy with our stay. It does not have a carport but has a free parking area outside the building, making it easy to park. María Eugenia is a great host🤗

Very good house in Playa Grande. Practical, cute comfy. Pets are allowed, it has a nice patio.

The house was absolutely stunning! Paula was an amazing host—responsive, warm, and helpful throughout our stay. We loved the peaceful location, surrounded by beautiful old trees that gave it privacy and charm. The home itself was spacious with a wonderful open-concept layout. One of our favorite features was the kitchen dining area, where the large sliding doors opened up to the outdoor patio and pool area—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. The backyard ofcourse was the star. The house had a few quirks, as homes sometimes do, but Paula was quick to answer any questions and made everything easy. My family loved our time there and we’ll definitely be back on our next trip down to UY!

Our stay was very good. The house really beautiful as seen in the photos. There are two modules on one side is the kitchen and living room and in the other space are the rooms, bathrooms and the laundry room. In the middle is the terrace with the grill and the pool. The pool for afternoons is ideal. All the spaces are very comfortable, we were two families and we managed to share when we wanted to share and have privacy when we wanted privacy. It's on the beachfront, absolute comfort. The location is excellent, close to restaurants, paradores and supermarkets. It is also super equipped. Nothing is missing. The only thing is that it does not have WI-FI. We look forward to returning soon.

We simply love this place! m I felt totally at home. Beautiful Apt, with a breathtaking view of the marina, the spacious and super comfortable bed, rich kitchen in utensils, thick bath towel (different from other airbnb), clean and smelling bedding. In addition, the location is wonderful, two blocks of the market, ice creamer underneath, close to everything. I have absolutely nothing to complain about, we really came out very pleased! I had the feeling that the host thinks of all the details. I can say it was the best Airbnb we have ever stayed!!

An all around great 10 days or so. The kitchen had more than the basics, apartment cleaning was regular, comfortable feel. Never needed a taxi to get around as the location is perfect. Laura is very responsive and also reached out to check in if I needed anything, etc.
