Serene space nestled in the woods; with water views. You have your own private cottage on our 10 acre property to watch the sunsets and enjoy the nature all around. You'll spot deer, bunnies, frogs, turtles, birds and so much more from the lovely front porch! As a Nurse I can guarantee our space has always been cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards, regular use of a ozone light. House includes 2 bedrooms (one queen, one double), 1.5 baths, living room, foyer, dining room, full kitchen, and washer/dryer. The one-acre lot has hundreds of trees and is great for pets. Level 2 charging station is good for all EVs.

We’re tucked away on a forested residential street, roughly a 7 minute drive from restaurants, coffee shops and all that Annapolis has to offer. 15m from the coast, 30m from Baltimore and 35m from DC. Tl;dr: this is a private ground-level guest suite with 3 beds, 2 bedrooms, 1 desk (optional standing desk), 1 kitchen with oven, dishwasher + Nespresso/pour over, 2 tvs, laundry room with washer/dryer, fast wifi, a pool, patio and a forest view. We live on the top floor.

Independent entrance garage apartment located on the back of our house with totally independent entrance. It has a queen size bed, WIFI, 10 minute walk to Downtown. Mini kitchen with a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee-maker. Plenty of space to store a bike. Great neighborhood with street parking available free on the weekends and two-hour limit during the week. There is free street parking during the week one block away from the apartment. Free EV charging one block away!!
