Our house is located in a picturesque village, just 9 km from Leonidio. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen with living room and 1 bathroom. In the house there is a huge fenced garden of 200 square meters with 2 green vines and 1 apple tree. From the balcony of the house you can enjoy the unique view of Prophet Elias and the green mountain. Just 10 meters from the house is the playground. Also 100 meters from the house is the tavern and the cafe of the village. The beach of Plaka is 9 km from the house. Fokiano beach is a 25 minute drive. Frida Stone House

My house is located in Pragmatefti, a village between Leonidio and Tyros. It is built in a quiet location, but with easy access especially by car, for which free parking is provided. The hand-carved stone from which is built the house will immediately attract your attention, giving the impression of an imposing building. The traditional is harmoniously combined with the modern and in combination with the dazzling view of the Myrtos Sea it gives you the impression that you are on an island.

Simply decorated with rustic nuances, our house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 balconies from where you can enjoy a wonderful view... On the left you can admire the imposing mountains and ahead the Aegean Sea. During spring and summer the smell of orange and lemon blossoms from our garden will spoil your senses...

Agroktima Farm Cottage

Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture. Unprocessed stone, wood and iron have been harmoniously put together, creating a unique setting. The traditional furnishings, the wooden ceilings, the handmade needlework, the country-style fireplace and the stone-paved courtyard add to the houses a rustic charm.

This traditional stone villa is located slightly elevated in Agios Georgios with a fantastic view over the Aegean Sea and the nearby islands. St. George is located a little away from the village of Poulithra, very quiet and without through traffic. The villa is surrounded by beautiful old olive trees and four minutes by car from the beach. On the large terrace in front of the house you can enjoy an overwhelming view of the sea.
