Country Outback Cozy Home *W/Camp Fire Pit

Outback Cozy Home is located off a back road, but just minutes from Route 30. It is back in a shared, gravel driveway. It sits beside two other parcels. One where the owners (your hosts) live, but you will still be able to have your own privacy. You will have easy access to Walmart and a few restaurants and coffee shops. It is approximately 15 miles from Sight and Sound in Strasburg, and also the town of Intercourse. And about a 30-minute drive from West Chester, Pa. The kitchen has all new appliances, including fridge, oven, microwave, and is fully stocked with kitchen essentials. It also has a spacious living room which comfortably seats 4. You have a back deck which would be a great place to drink your coffee, relax, and watch some wildlife. We want our guests to immediately feel welcome the moment they walk thru the front door. It is perfect for a quick visit or extended stay!

This adorable ranch home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a spacious living area, dining area to seat six, and a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen. Located near area attractions but still in the country with fields on 3 sides of the home. No TV but the WIFI signal is good. Walmart and several restaurants are only about 10 minutes drive. Longwood Gardens, King of Prussia Mall within 35 min drive. Amish attractions, Sight and Sound, Strasburg Railroad, Dutch Wonderland within 40 minutes drive.
