Recently fully renovated! Also new outdoor hot tub for the 10 condo building that was installed October 2025. This is the best location in PC close to Main Street and ski in/mountain bike in vía Town Lift. No dealing with parking at PCMR/Canyons or paying/reserving for it now that that is required. Two bedroom one bath with a sleeper sofa in the living room for extra space.

The studio condo features a kitchen area with a sink and counter space, complemented by a dining table and chairs. A spacious bed is visible next to a seating area, with natural light flowing in through sliding glass doors that lead to a private balcony.
