Take It Easy - la petit is located on 1/2 acre

TAKE IT EASY at this unique and tranquil getaway. It was formerly an art studio, located next to the 1939 main house, built by a dentist. His wife was the artist. Completely renovated in September 2023. Paris has a beautiful downtown square minutes away. There are fun activities all the time, quaint little antique shops, boutiques, places to eat and the square's trees are lit up all year. Paris Junior College is 5 minutes away and Paris Eiffel Tower dons a red cowboy hat! Come, enjoy!

Located in the historic district and only blocks from downtown, this new construction duplex will impress from every angle! The luxury vibes are present from the kitchen to baths! The open concept floor plan makes it all even better. One bedroom (queen bed) is located downstairs. One full bath downstairs. The primary bedroom (king bed) with an en-suite bath, is located upstairs. Private parking as well. You will have access to the entire duplex on south (left) side.

The Hive ... a country getaway

This is a beautiful country get away. Plenty of space to run around, ride horses, or have a fire and roast marshmallows. It is close to a charming small town with cute local shopping. Also very close to the Sulphur River where you can go fossil hunting, hiking, picnicing etc. Driving distance from Bonham State Park. Within a few miles of the Bois D'Arc Lake and we have plenty of room to park your boat or trailer during your stay.
