A must see!🤩😍 If you like history, you will love it here. The main building used to be a power plant over 100 years ago. If you enjoy nature, you have immediate access to the Trail de Paris that spans 3.3 miles. This space is super cozy for 2, private entrance. Access to a shared lounge. One of a kind property! 69 miles from Hochatown.

Take It Easy - la petit is located on 1/2 acre

TAKE IT EASY at this unique and tranquil getaway. It was formerly an art studio, located next to the 1939 main house, built by a dentist. His wife was the artist. Completely renovated in September 2023. Paris has a beautiful downtown square minutes away. There are fun activities all the time, quaint little antique shops, boutiques, places to eat and the square's trees are lit up all year. Paris Junior College is 5 minutes away and Paris Eiffel Tower dons a red cowboy hat! Come, enjoy!

The open concept floor plan makes it all even better. One bedroom (queen bed) is located downstairs. One full bath downstairs. The primary bedroom (king bed) with an en-suite bath, is located upstairs. Private parking as well. You will have access to the entire duplex on North (right) side. No cleaning fee!
