Lovely, well-appointed apartment SUITABLE FOR ONE PERSON OR A COUPLE. Driveway and private entrance. ADA compliant for wheelchairs. Direct TV in bedroom and living room-includes HBO & dozens of channels. Refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, toaster oven, cooking plate ( skillet and saucepan) Keurig coffee maker. Located behind our house but plenty of privacy. 3 miles from the square and university. 2-night minimum on football game weekends, Double-Decker Weekend in April and UM commencement.

The house is absolutely beautiful and the property is very well manicured. The host was very generous and helpful responding to any and all questions and accommodating our small family wedding. Very grateful and thankful to our host and his family for opening their home to us and letting us enjoy such a beautiful and spacious venue. The pool was our favorite part! And very much enjoyed by the whole family!

This place was wonderful place for my family to stay for my son’s wedding. Tricia was super helpful and very proactive on a special needs situation. After the rehearsal, the wedding, the reception, I can’t think of a better place I’d want to be this morning, outside in the rocking chair sitting outside. This is such a nice, quiet place. Sitting outside in the morning, you can actually hear yourself think :) it was wonderful. Thank you again!

We had a wonderful stay at Amy and Larry’s charming tiny home! Everything was incredibly clean and well cared for, and we truly enjoyed all of the unique historical touches throughout the space, it gave the home such character. We also took some time to walk the property and loved seeing the beautiful fruit trees. Their sweet dog, Ace, was a highlight, so friendly and gentle. We especially appreciated the great conversation we had with Amy and Larry. They are such warm and welcoming hosts. Thank you for your hospitality and for creating such a peaceful place to stay! Sojourn: the "Texas-sized" tiny house cabin

The Sojourn Texas Sized Tiny house was a slice of paradise. Quiet, secure and peaceful and 15 minutes to campus. We got a Uhaul for my child’s move out and The Sojourn had plenty of space to park. No TV, No WiFi…No Problem. It was relaxing to unplug and enjoy the outdoors. It is The Cutest place. My husband and I absolutely loved staying there.
