The accommodation consists of a large bedroom with a kitchenette and a comfortable bathroom with a shower. In addition, the studio apartment has a large balcony overlooking the sea where you can relax and enjoy a magnificent view (23 square metres inside + 15 square metres of balcony). The beach is easily accessible on foot from the house, while the centre is only 2 km away (5 minutes by car) via the ex 522.

The apartment is above the most beautiful beach in Tropea with a beautiful view of the blue sea, 10 minutes from Capo Vaticano and a view of the Aeolian Islands at sunset. It is in the historic center, close to restaurants, beaches, nightlife and public transport. You'll love my place because of its atmosphere, people, neighborhood, outdoor spaces, and light. My place is good for couples, families (with children), and groups.

It is located in the center of Parghelia (a town 2 km far from Tropea, "Pearl of the Tyrrhenian Sea") at a short distance from beautiful beaches, cafes, restaurants, pizzerias, minimarket, pharmacy, train station, car rental. The house is on two levels, it is completed by a little garden with the possibility of a small outdoor space for the exclusive use of guests. Central but quiet area, you can park your car in front of the house.
