The apartment that can accommodate from 1 to 6 people consists of bedroom linen included, bedroom with two beds, kitchen, living room with double sofa bed. Kitchen is equipped with fridge, stove top four burners, sink, detergent dishes. Bathroom with shower and linens included. The apartment has a terrace equipped with table with chairs, sink, clothesline. Including parking area. It is 5 minutes walk from the center where there are shops, bars, restaurants and naturalness of the beautiful sea of Tropea.

It is in the historic center, close to restaurants, beaches, nightlife and public transport. You'll love my place because it's atmospheric, people, neighborhood, outdoor spaces, and light. My accommodation is suitable for couples, families (with children) and groups.

It is located in the center of Parghelia (a town 2 km far from Tropea, "Pearl of the Tyrrhenian Sea") at a short distance from beautiful beaches, cafes, restaurants, pizzerias, minimarket, pharmacy, train station, car rental. The house is on two levels, it is completed by a little garden with the possibility of a small outdoor space for the exclusive use of guests. Central but quiet area, you can park your car in front of the house.

The apartment is renovated few years ago in an old building with a nice rooftop terrace and 2 balconies. You can enjoy outdoor life both during the day and evening. The master bedroom facing the ocean and you find a good kitchen and living area with view.
