Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Pareklisia

We had the most wonderful time staying at George’s place. It has such a lovely atmosphere and Tochni in general is beautiful. We loved having breakfast in the little courtyard, and it was great to lounge by the pool. George was a very friendly, helpful and accommodating host. Thank you for everything!

Stavros beach house offers a unique and authentic experience outside the tourist areas, the neighbours are friendly and helpful. The quiet house is almost on the beach, the terrace is large and well equipped with barbecue, hammock, deckchairs. We spent a week barefoot outside, fragrant and pleasant garden. The pebble beach is very clean, quiet and very wild. Stavros has a cannon that we took advantage of. Cozy interior and full of small touches for its guests... we will surely come back.

A lovely flat in a beautiful setting. The flat was as described, plus a large veranda. It was easy to find (it’s listed on google maps), and Yiannis was responsive and helpful. Vouni Panagia is just across the road, where you can do a very reasonably-priced wine-tasting with great Cypriot wines. We walked part of the Vouni Nature Trail, which was also spectacular.

A nice modern place, the bed was comfy and was something bigger than a standard double - which if you have stayed in greece before you will know this is unusal. I actually felt there were more amenties than were described. The host was very helpful with suguestions of where to go and with extra pillows. We couldnt get the TV to do anything but we werent bothered enough to ask why as it was our last night when we tried. I would make sure you take earplugs if you are disturbed by cockrels doing their thing at dawn (or what they thought was dawn) because they were pretty close and very enthusiastic, it didnt bother us and is very common anywhere in rural Greece. It's up a shared driveway with a private gate and parking behind that. The patio with a nice breeze looks out over olive trees, happy chickens, ducks, a turkey and the sea - which is very close. There is also an friendly relaxed giant guard dog looking after all the birds who we very much enjoyed making firends with.

We have been to Cyprus/Larnaca for the 5th time and the Cypriot standard is usually just a little more rustic than we are used to from Austria. But the apartment was tip top. There were 5 of us. We all had comfortable and clean beds, a large terrace with seating and also the apartment's furnishings with cupboards, kitchen, washing machine were great. The location is great, about 1 minute from Lazarus Church and about 5 minutes from the beach. We will definitely come back. 👍💪🏽☺️

One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at. It was better than described, Alvinos was very friendly and helpful the whole stay…it was perfect. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

The apartment was as described, very nice, well maintained, very clean, best location right on the beach and very quiet. Everything necessary was available, nothing was missing. A highlight was the bed with a very comfortable mattress and even orthopaedic pillows were available. We felt very comfortable and spent a lot of time on the balcony and on the beach, which is mainly visited by locals. There are very good restaurants in the area, within walking distance, where you can eat well at fair prices. We had a rental car to explore the island and the location was very good for that. Communication with Elif went smoothly. We highly recommend the apartment.

Top location on the felt private beach and magnificent views from the balcony and from the bedroom to the sea. Perivolia, a small sweet place, can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. Anna was always quick and friendly to respond to messages.

One of the best places ever. Apartment is perfect and a balcony just wow. Close to the sea and tremendously clean. Host is great and responsive. Loved the communication. I felt like home.

We had an amazing stay. Michelle was very responsive and friendly from the start. The location cannot be beat. There was a parking spot for us right outside the door. The apartment is spacious and clean, with all the amenities we need. The shower and ac worked great. The wifi was plenty fast. The rooms were dark in the night so we could sleep and the apartment is bright during the day. There is a small courtyard if you want to eat outside. The washing machine worked great. At checkout, we did not have to clean, take out the trash or deal with the bedding, which expedited our checkout and made things very easy. Overall, highly recommended!

The apartment is amazing. Plenty of room for our little daughter to play. Location is great as it is close to the old part of Limassol and the Old Port where you have lots of restaurants and places to see. We shall select it for our next trip to Cyprus if it has open dates.

Lovely apartment with a great host! Very clean and modern. Great value for money. Only thing I’d recommend is having a rental car when you stay as you aren’t too close to a lot to do and taxis can be a little hard. But overall a really great place to stay

We had a fantastic stay! I honestly think the photos don’t do it justice! In person it’s so much more beautiful! You have everything you need and the view is to die for, especially the sunsets and sunrise! I really really appreciate her flexible check in schedule! We had an issue with a previous booking where we had to leave immediately and we had to find another accommodation in the evening, and she was able to fix it so we can come there! I couldn’t thank you enough for that!! Overall it was an amazing stay, and I wish we could have stayed longer!

Great location and apartment. Very spacious and great outdoor spaces. A short stroll into town and lots of great restaurants. Not too busy location either. Mario’s instructions were great on how to get there and where to find everything. Mario’s guide inside the house so thorough and we loved the details!

This place is just amazing. With the sound of birds around and the sea is only one garden gate away, just come down the flat, open the garden beach door and dada!! Youlia is an amazing host, she is proactive, gives all the information needed before you reach the place and tells about any interesting event taking place in the city. We found a complementary welcoming bottle of wine waiting for us 😊 and hot water also. She does everything for her guests comfort.

Great place, plenty of space, very clean with awesome working space and view of the sea. Excellent location by the beach and within walking distance of everything you may need (restaurants, bakery etc). Helpful and responsive host - I would not hesitate to book this place again any time I am in Cyprus.

I really liked the wooden floors which are rare in Cyprus for some reason. There's an alphamega conveniently close but it's a bit to walk to the sea. Overall a great place.
