Die Kommunikation mit Linas war steht's komplikationslos. Die Unterkunft war super und hat uns schöne zwei Wochen Urlaub beschert.

Very luxurious and spacious apartment, outstanding location. Excellent host, very helpful with lightning speed responses. We can certainly recommend, and will come back in case of another trip to Nicosia!

The house was clean, the location was very good, the view from the balcony was great, I will definitely come and stay again.

L'appartement est très confortable et parfaitement aménagé. L'immeuble est très calme et est situé à une demi-heure à pied de la vieille ville. La cuisine est agréable mais est franchement sous-dotée en ustensiles de cuisine. Il n'est pas facile de se faire de bons petits plats. Autre remarque, à notre arrivée nous avons eu la désagréable surprise de découvrir que le logement que l'on nous avait attribué ne comportait qu'une chambre au lieu de deux conformément à la réservation. Il a fallu téléphoner pour obtenir satisfaction. Heureusement, des appartements avec deux chambres étaient disponibles.

Georgia is very helpful with everything! First of all she upgraded us to a bigger place due to some constructions to the original one. The day we arrived we were able to check in earlier than the expected time. Also she texted us every day and asked us if we needed anything and the last day after the check out she helped us to let our luggage some extra hours in the reception. The location is great next to the beach and to the center. The place is great and fully equipped. We had a great accomodation and enjoyed our vacations!

από τα λίγα σπίτια που είναι πιο όμορφα από κοντά απ ότι στις φωτογραφίες! Η διακόσμηση μοντέρνα και μινιμαλ ενω ο χωρος ηταν μεγαλος. Υπήρχαν σαφείς οδηγίες για την τοποθεσία και το βρήκα πολύ εύκολα. Υπήρχε ασφάλεια στον χώρο και αρκετά πράγματα πρώτης ανάγκης και με το παραπανω αφού υπήρχαν μέχρι και όργανα γυμναστικης. Θα το ξανά προτιμήσω σίγουρα!

Great place. Really enjoyed our stay there.

We spent 10 days at this beautifully little hideaway on Pissouri Bay. Such a sweet apartment - just open the gate and you are so near to the beach. Irina was a helpful and friendly host who looked after us well and equally gave us all the space we needed to be peaceful 'downstairs'. We would love to come back as soon as we can!! Amazing place to stay! The apartment is spacious, clean, and cozy, with a fantastic view of the pool. The pool itself is also great – perfect for a morning swim or relaxing after a long day. The host is incredibly friendly and always ready to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely come back!

I really liked the wooden floors which are rare in Cyprus for some reason. There's an alphamega conveniently close but it's a bit to walk to the sea. Overall a great place.

This apartment is in a wonderful location in Limassol. I'd already been in the town for 2 months, but once I got to Evangelo's place, the town opened up to me. Wonderful park between the Mediterranean and the apartment that encourages strolling and picnicking. Great little beach club too with friendly staff, fresh squeezed carrot juice and cheap loungers. Two blocks behind the apartment is the Old Town of Limassol with trendy coffee bars and restaurants and shopping. The apartment is quiet and clean and has everything you need. I kept the window slightly ajar at night so I could smell the sea. Evangelos is a wonderfully attentive and friendly man who cares about your comfort. I am super happy I stayed here.

We stayed for two months while we were been house moves. The flat is exactly as described in text and photos. It is large, modern and well equipped with everything you need for a holiday including nice little touches such as soap and shampoo. Beds are comfortable, the balcony is a good size with comfortable seating which overlooks the pool and nice views of the valley and sea. There is plenty of undercover parking, we never had an issue getting a space. Euri was very helpful, friendly and always available for any questions. We had one minor problem and Euri sorted it out within 10 mins of us calling. Tersafanou is a quite village, there is a bus, but not sure how often it runs, you will probably need a car to get about. We cannot fault the property or Euri, we highly recommend both.

Andy was a great host, attentive, flexible and accommodating, even going above and beyond the call of duty.

Everything was amazing :) very clean and pretty flat, great communication from the host. maybe the only thing that could be added is a bottle of cooking oil for the common use, but apart from that everything was there (salt, pepper, good cooking pans, towels, tea)

J'ai passé deux mois particulièrement agréables dans le studio d'Andy à Datacom House. Le studio était très bien équipé, avec une salle de bain agréable et de vastes placard où ranger mes costumes (je venais à Nicosie pour le travail). Andy s'est montré un hôte prévenant et attentionné, très attentif à ce que tout fonctionne et à fournir tout ce qui peut être utile pour son invité (adaptateur par exemple). Andy aime la compagnie et se montre très intéressé à connaître la culture d'autres pays et à partager celle de Chypre. Nous avons eu aussi des discussions sur la situation internationale passionnées et passionnantes. Andy adore les discussions mais il sait aussi se faire discret quand il le faut. Au fil des jours, Andy est devenu un ami que je reverrai avec plaisir. Mon séjour dans le studio d'Andy a beaucoup contribué à faire de ces deux mois à Chypre un temps mémorable , heureux et chaleureux et j'en remercie Andy de tout coeur.

Andy is a friendly and helpful host. His cats make a wondeful welcoming committee (a purrrrrfect one to say the least). Whenever you have a question, Andy will gladly answer. Moreover, there are no problem with Andy, only solutions. Would you encounter an issue, Andy will resolve it as fast as possible. Concerning the bedroom, I was in a spacious bedroom, with plentiful intimacy. The bathroom is the best I have ever used in Cyprus : it's large, it's clean and the water pressure is great and the temperature is easily ajusted (not burning hot in the day, nor icy cold after sunset). The neighbourhood is calm, and despite being "out" of the city center, you can reach downtown easily either by foot, bicycle or bus. On top of that, Andy can suggest you different kind of activies (as hiking or biking), and can recommend various pastry shops to try (for sweets-lovers). It's a place which feels like home !

Costas boende var mycket passande för små barn familjer. Huset var rymligt, fräscht, sängarna var mycket sköna att sova i. Allt vi behövde fanns i huset. Poolen låg nära. Vi är mycket nöjda och boendet va prisvärt. Hit kommer vi fler gånger.

We loved our stay there. Panos and his parents are very friendly. They explained everything to us. The house has everything you need and it was more than clean. It is very comfortable and you can easily relax there for days. Small bakery and supermarket around the corner. We recommend the accomodation 1000000%

This was one of the best homes I’ve ever stayed in! I absolutely loved it — the house is incredibly spacious, full of natural light, cozy and just overall amazing. The cleanliness was truly exceptional, everything was spotless. There were so many amenities, thoughtfully provided for every need. The outdoor area was stunning, with a huge garden and breathtaking views. At the same time, it felt very private and peaceful — no disturbances at all. It was an unforgettable experience and I couldn’t recommend it more!
