The Avencas Beach House is an apartment located on the first line of the sea, opposite the Avencas beach and with a fabulous view over the ocean. It is 20 minutes from Lisbon and 10 minutes from Cascais. It consists of a bedroom with two beds (can be converted into a double bed), a living room with full open concept kitchen with a double sofa bed and a W.C. complete with shower and washing machine and dryer. This apartment is unique in its surroundings due to the terrace equipped with a barbecue and a beautiful view. Take a walk to Parede beach (9 min), or to Riviera Shopping Center, on the way to Carcavelos beach (12 min walk) where you can take surf lessons.
