When we discovered this magical place in 2020, in Bystřice near Včelákov at the foot of the Železné Mountains in the Protected Landscape Area, we knew that we wanted to share it and pass on its energy to other people. On one side a forest, on the other a pond, pure nature, peace and fresh air. We have built 2 cottages here, which have separate entrances, so you will not disturb each other at all. And who are we? Modern house with a pool and sauna, Žďárské vrchy

Modern house on the edge of Žďárské vrchy. The house is ideal for families with children or smaller groups. All guests looking for a rest in the garden with its own indoor pool (April - November) and Finnish sauna will enjoy themselves. The surroundings invite you to go cycling, hiking, mushroom picking and water sports in the nearby Velký Dářek. You will have the whole house with a terrace and grill, a large fenced garden with a fireplace, a trampoline, and a playground for children. You can park up to 3 cars directly on the property.

Glamping Pod Ořechy

We built our mini house Pod Ořechy to maintain the maximum possible level of privacy and tranquility. It stands right next to a sheep enclosure and has a wonderful view of the forests and meadows. The cottage is small, but thoughtfully designed. It is located on a fenced property so that your four-legged pets can come with you. On the property you will also find a private Finnish wood-burning sauna with a romantic view, which you can use without restrictions. Inside you will find a comfortable bed, a full bathroom and a kitchenette.

Casa Calma

Casa Calma is a unique design chalet with an outdoor panoramic sauna. You have unlimited access to the sauna throughout your stay. 🏠The interior of solid wood, clay plaster and natural textiles combines the purity of materials with careful workmanship and attention to detail. 🪟Glazed surfaces naturally connect the interior with the surrounding landscape and create an atmosphere of calm, light and openness. 🌱In addition, the entire property is fully fenced for your privacy and comfort.

Accomodation in a family house (down stair - 1.floor) almost in the secluded area next to the wood. Upper floor in undergoing reconstruction. Accomodation offers 8 beds, around the house is a garden with seating and barbecue. In the garden

It is wooden, it is comfortable, it is in the garden. In the countryside of the Highlands, I built a modern cottage dedicated to rest for my family. Immersed in the tranquility of the garden with a piece of nature. Orchard, ponds, unlimited space. We put this place in peace and relaxation without a TV. A private hot tub (without whirlpool function) and sauna are available for an additional fee of CZK 500 and CZK 800 per heating session.

Roubenka 44

Our log cabin offers four separate rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom with a toilet. The largest room also serves as a lounge with a large table for 10 people, a fireplace, a sofa and a TV. Next is a large attic room serving as the master bedroom with four beds and plenty of storage space. In the log cabin, you will also find the smallest bedroom with two beds located in the extension and a bedroom with three beds.

Chalet Tré

Tré is a designer cabin where we focus on detail and comfort. You can relax in the private outdoor panoramic wood-fired sauna. Tré is ready for both cooking and cleaning. Of course there is an espresso machine (coffee included), a bluetooth Bose speaker, or tall American spring beds. Heating by fireplace, underfloor heating in the bathroom. Free parking is available directly under the cottage.

Treat yourself to a rest in a cozy cottage hidden in the shade of tall trees on the edge of a small gardening community, with a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside right from the dining table and from the comfortable solid wood bed. The cottage is ideal for couples, individuals and anyone who wants to take a break from the daily hustle and bustle and slow down for a while.

Tiny house U Labe

Tiny right by the Elbe River, just 10 minutes from Pardubice. Enjoy a moment of peace, cook in the equipped kitchen or outside on the grill, read your favorite book in the armchair on the jetty. The accommodation includes a paddle board or bicycles, with which you can visit a nearby castle or a famous pub in a few minutes. You can fill a barrel for regeneration! Pets are welcome.
