An atypical interior with a fireplace, a spacious garden, a swimming pool, a relaxing glamping tent and a private hill for bobsledding create the background for shared moments. Children will appreciate the natural playground, adults will appreciate the thoughtful interior with two kitchens and two bathrooms, which provides comfort. All this in the picturesque landscape of the Žďárské vrchy Protected Landscape Area, which attracts visitors all year round. - From 1 November to 30 April, the lower floor is available (max. 6 people). Outside this period, the entire farm (max. 10 people).

We rent a house with a garden all year round in the village of Králíky, in the Králický Sněžník area. The location offers sports activities and beautiful nature. The house is close to the Dolní Morava resort, popular with tourists. Accommodation for max. 8 adults, 10 people including children. The house is fully equipped, situated in a quiet place with good transport accessibility. The location is suitable for summer and winter holidays, family holidays or relaxation with friends. During the summer holidays, we only offer weekly stays starting on Saturday.

There are many cottages in the area, but we offer you the keys to the guest house! The dominant feature is a large wooden barn and a garden with a gazebo that will create a pleasant atmosphere. The cottage is just for you, food, beer, and other drinks you bring your own. The cottage has an equipped kitchen on the ground floor, where basic spices are available so you don't have to bring the whole household :-). Outdoor pool, trampoline, swings, sandpit, children's toys are available. Weddings: for 50 - 80 people with an outdoor ceremony and reception

The village of Poběžovice is located about 15 km from two large regional cities, Pardubice and Hradec Králové. There are many sports and cultural activities. History lovers will find many castles and chateaux nearby.
