Little by little we continue to improve the cottage with love.

19th century farmhouse 2.6 km from the center of Charlieu, a small medieval town bearing the label "one of the most beautiful detours in France", you will have a view of the Beaujolais mountains. Natural air conditioning thanks to the rammed earth walls. In this bocage landscape, you will enjoy a cultural stay, museums, abbey...), gastronomic, sports and relaxation. Maison Le Garochet lodge, stables, pool, hot tub

Cottage with a shared pool and Nordic bath, located on a 3-hectare estate (Maison Le Garochet). There are two cottages on the estate. Originally a barn completely converted into a charming cottage. From the kitchen and dining room, you have a view of the Loire and the Arroux valleys. On the horizon, you see the Massif Central. You have a private terrace with BBQ. The other seating areas – in the woods, by the pond or at the edge of the meadow – are shared. A lot for everyone to enjoy !

This old sheepfold has been renovated with an ecological approach (lime wall, hemp insulation and cellulose wadding, tiles on lime slab, etc.) Your well-being is guaranteed. The site is extremely quiet but not isolated and must remain so (especially after 10 p.m. to respect the neighborhood). To prevent rates from rising too much, cleaning and sheets are left to the tenants' choice. These are options and are therefore not included in the base rate.
