Holiday houses in Paramonas

The villa is lovely and I think having stayed in many it offers great value for money for the size and for the outside space. We were a party of 8, 6 adults and 2 children. We needed 5-6 bedrooms so the size was perfect. We didn’t use the house at all other than to sleep in, all our time was spent in the outside kitchen cooking, at the table eating and playing games and around the pool. We had perfect weather and we’re able to enjoy the space as well as drive out for day trips. The location is quite off the beaten track. We arrived at 1am and it was quite scary driving from the airport, so defo prepare in advance or organise a transfer and then hire car delivery. The roads are quite rough and we had to ignore the sat nav a few times as it took us down single track roads! The bonus is its quiet and not many tourists, there is a beach and tavernas in walking distance where we went for dinners/drinks. The downside was the hot tub wasn’t working still, but not a big issue for us.

We had an absolutely lovely stay at Antonio's place! I had booked his villa to celebrate my birthday with friends (which I mentioned when booking) and he greeted us with balloons and cake, which was so very thoughtful. The place is really lovely, with great views. The next village with restaurants is not that far (5 minute drive maybe?) and apparently a supermarket is being built just down the road. There is a little beach not too far away (10-15 minute walk). Would definitely love to come again!

If you are looking for a peacful ,off the beaten path place to be for a few days , this is perfect . In a small village with restaurants ,cafe ,walking trails and beach close by . The apartment is very charming and was very nicely decorated .I get to park my car in their private carpark minutes away by walk .Anastacia ,gave me fresh sald and eggs from her garden .I ate at the local taverna by George and Elena .The greek coffee below the apartment is very good too !

The design of these 3 villas are absolutely beautiful, creating an exuberance of an extremely high quality boutique hotel, which you have all to yourself. Everything feels calm and luxurious. Spiridoula and Irena looked after us extremely well, keeping the place immaculate and us well fed and watered, without intruding. If you want a quiet relaxing week with beautiful views, away from hustle and bustle, this place is for you. And the sunsets views at Plora, one of the local restaurants on the beach are incredible!

Kostas did everything to make our stay on the island pleasant, providing valuable suggestions of all kinds. The accommodation is really clean, well-maintained and functional, and the kitchen is well-equipped. You might miss having an outdoor space to stay in the open air, but this is an incentive to move around and enjoy the beauty of the island. You can feel the expert hand of Kostas' mother, who greeted us with a delicious local cake, still warm from the oven. The convenient parking reserved a few steps from the house is essential. We will not fail to recommend this experience to our friends.

Everything is beautiful. Strategic accommodation for visiting places and beaches of the island. Some difficulties in identifying the apartment immediately due to arrival in the evening. Nikos and family super in everything. Gentle, discreet and available. Apartment equipped with everything you need to cook and super quiet. Highly recommended.

Amazing place! The most friendly villagers in Greece😀 Welcomed from the word go. Arrived passed midnight and managed to enter private local road. Instead of being told off we got lady guide walking us right to the place! Both markets' staff approachable. All eateries welcoming with fresh local cuisine. Aptos bakery approximately 250 paces away with choice of bread that we had something different every morning. All beaches in 20mins radius amazingly not crowded with fine swimming, walking and water sports on offer. Everywhere very much welcoming & relaxing vibes. Finally, the apartment: host amazingly easy reachable, nothing was a problem; flat new, superbly prepared for our arrival with local food left for us and couple of basics to make our first breakfast easy. Very well equipped with details which make a difference to holiday stay. Noone needs packet of salt or bottle if oil on holiday and all those basics there for our disposal. Our stay was perfect in a very quiet place in a convenient appartment close to the see. Hosts were lovely and always willingful to help. We highly recommend Vasillis house !
