"Secret Paradise" Private Pool Villa-Beach Access

This newly built 2 level villa (2024) is self-contained, self-catering with direct access to the beach! It has 3 queen size bed bedrooms + 2 single beds. The master bedroom has its own entrance for additional privacy! We aim to complement the beautiful natural scenery with comfortable facilities that are in harmony with the environment and the peaceful location. The villa's architecture is based on the traditional style using colours that blend in beautifully with the surrounding environment!

My Cool House

A minimal decorated appartment very close to the sea (200m)with great view. The big garden full of olive trees and many mediterranean plants completes the view from the balconys. House's proximity to all the famous and luxury resorts and other famous islands ( like spetses) makes your experience to Porto Heli unforgettable. Finally guests can bring their own boat as there is a private jetty very close to the villa (0,2 Km) , where they can use it for free and keep their boats safe and secure.

Unique location by the sea close to everything: the iconic Poseidonion Hotel, the island centre, two open-air cinemas, the market, restaurants, cafes, bars, beaches,everything in walking distance and with the best views of the sea and beautiful sunsets. 4 bedrooms, that sleep 8-10 people, all with their own bathroom, various outdoors terraces, nice spacious bright kitchen.

Our house is a spacious old Mansion in the heart of Spetses, with a large yard in a quiet spot. It's only 6 minutes walking distance from town center and the port of the island! Bouboulina's historical Museum is 50 metres distance. You can easily get to the beach in 3 minutes walk, as well as to the bus station! It is furnished with original antiques, it's full of light and traditional spirit! It can easily accomodate families and big groups in its large rooms.

Our house is situated 50 meters from the sea, were you will find greek tavernas with local specialities. Easy accesable for excursions(Hydra, Spetses, Portoxeli,Poros ect) for one day trips. The house is a 2 minute walk from the ermioni harbour. A small pool-jacquzzi is available on the private terrace for relaxing, not suitable for small children. Summer house on a wonderful place, right in front of the sea, only a few meters from a beautiful beach. With a magnificent sea view to Porto Heli, the island of Spetses and south Pelopennese. Εξοχικό σπίτι σε ένα υπέροχο μέρος, ακριβώς μπροστά στη θάλασσα, μόλις λίγα μέτρα από μια πανέμορφη παραλία. Με πανοραμική θέα τη θάλασσα, προς το Πόρτο Χέλι, το νησί Σπέτσες και τη νότια Πελοπόννησο.

Enjoy your stay in this peaceful place in the center of the island! Our apartment is just a five-minute walk from the main port. It is a place overlooking the central beach of Agios Mammas, suitable for couples and small families. The place has a king-size bed, a sofa bed for two people, and a baby cot can be provided. Just 100 meters away are the two most central beaches of the island!
