2 δωματια σε κεντρικο σημειο. Ιδανικο για 2 οικογένειες που θελουν να περασουν παρεα τις διακοπές ή για μια μεγαλη παρεα εως 8 ανθρωπων. Δημοσιο δωρεαν παρκινγκ ακριβως πισω απο το σπιτι. Πολυ κοντα υπαρχει φουρνος,καφε, mini market,καταστηματα. Η θαλασσα ειναι στα 250 μετρα με τα ποδια, πολυ ευκολη προσβαση με δρομο χωρις ανηφορες ή σκαλες. Το σπιτι ειναι ολοκαίνουριο, υπερσύγχρονο κατασκευης 2024. Στα μπαλκονια υπαρχουν τεντες για σκιαση.

Ένα πλήρως εξοπλισμένο σπίτι με 2 κλιματιζόμενα υπνοδωμάτια και έναν καναπέ που γίνεται κρεβάτι. Διαθέτει καφετιέρα, βραστήρα, τοστιέρα καθώς και τηλεόραση με Netflix. Η απόσταση από την παραλία "Πλατάνες", στην οποία βρίσκεται το Aquapark Maries είναι 100 μέτρα, ενώ η παραλία "Ατσπάς" είναι στα 900 μέτρα.

It is also located in a quiet neighbourhood away from the main street, with free parking in front of the house. Kavala town is 8km away and there's a mini market nearby as well as a few tavernas.
