Εξοχική κατοικία που όπως θα έλεγε κάποιος, είναι ένα μπαλκόνι στο Αιγαίο. Βρίσκεται 430 μέτρα πάνω από την θάλασσα και 4 χιλιόμετρα μακριά από την παραλία του Ορκού και την Ιουλίδα. Το τοπίο με τις βελανιδιές προσφέρει γαλήνη στους επισκέπτες και ολοκληρώνεται με μια υπέροχη ανατολή και τον ήλιο να βγαίνει μέσα από την θάλασσα, φωτίζοντας τα κυκλαδονήσια που διακρίνονται. Villa Versailles is constructed of stone and comprises a functionally independent space which occupy an area of 77 m2 and further of 120 m2 of two terraces. The villa has huge private outdoor spaces in a land of 4 hectares (40,000m2), an amazing view over the sparkling blue Aegean sea, in a unique-quiet location, the greenest part of the island, dotted with rare old oak trees classified ''Natura 2000''. Sleeps 4 people. The wonderful beaches are only three km away.

We are located on the east side of the island of Kythnos, between Kalo Livadi and Lefkes. Our lodging offers amazing views of the Aegean Sea as well as access to a beautiful secluded beach. The beach is only 80m away from the main house, and is a 5 minute descent of pathway and cement stairs. It is usually very peaceful, with only a handful of visitors resting under the two big trees, thus giving the impression of a private beach even in the heart of August.

Χαλαρώστε κάνοντας μια μοναδική και ήρεμη απόδραση στο μοναδικό νησί της Κύθνου. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται μόλις 70 μέτρα πάνω από την θάλασσα στον κόλπο της Απόκρουσης. Μοναδική θέα η θάλασσα.... Κατάλληλο μέρος για χαλάρωση, ηρεμία και ξεκούραση. Απέχει μόλις 3 χιλιόμετρα από την Χώρα και ακριβώς δίπλα είναι η ξεχωριστή παραλία Κολώνα (20 λεπτά με τα πόδια).

Kythnos Pleasure Vol.2 (Villa Lussa Kythnos)

It is my pleasure to have the chance to host you in my tradiotional house at Kythnos island. The very house is located exactly on the centre of the island, a few metres outside of the traditional village Dryopida. For instance, this acommodation is 8km far of the port Merichas, 6km from the capital (Chora), while the closest beach is 3km far (Lefkes).

Beachfront Studio in Leykes Kythnos

A traditional stone house literally built on the sand just a few meters from the seawater. You sleep and you wake up by the pure sound of soft waves and birds.Resting for one week in this house will make you feel like you have rested for a full month. Some guests say that the photos do not justify the place. It is a lot nicer being here in person.

Kythnos White

Traditional ground floor apartment of 65 sq.m. with private parking and very close to the picturesque alleys of Chora (3-minute walk). The distance of the house from the Port is 7 km, while in a short time you can be at the beaches of Loutra (4 km), Apokrousi (4 km) and Kolona (5 km)
