Our complex is open all year and consists 5 apartments of different sizes and facilities. Built in accordance with the strict skyrian rules of architecture and decoration, the apartments attract the attention of sophisticated and conscious visitor, who is willing to take a walk in order to enjoy the unique atmosphere of the traditional Chora and the location of the apartments. Due to the absolute tranquility, the strictly traditional ambience and the enchanting view over the whole Chora up to the monastery, there are no parking possibilities near the building. However there is a steep concrete street available for transport as well as loading and unloading luggage. The street requires a car with four-wheel drive. Long term parking is not allowed here Apartment 3: for 1 person (14m2) 1st Floor - cypress green (Owner residence - agreement on a monthly basis) Entrance courtyard (8m2). Small cafe table and director's chair with a fantastic view over the village, monastery and castle. Apartment (14m2): This room contains a single bed, wardrobe, a small kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and W / C. 2.50 m2 a small veranda overlooking the village and the castle

Exceptional location:situated in a 4000m2 garden and only 3 min. on foot to the beach, 20 min. from the airport, between the port and the main village of Skyros. While in close proximity to restaurants and mini market, these seaside houses allow visitors to enjoy numerous leisure activities such as swimming, diving, horse-riding, and hiking. Renovated this winter of 2020 with respect and love to the island's traditional architecture. The house consists of an open space without separate rooms.

The farmhouse is built on the slope of a mountain overlooking the beach of Kalamitsa, within a 70-acre estate. It consists of a ground floor and a first floor. The view is partly limited through house Pelagos.

This truck is very charming and is one of a kind. It's an experience that's out of the ordinary . You have a great view of the sea and the calm nearby, and beautiful places to swim. All this is 3 minutes from the city center by car. You'll fall in love when you wake up with a view of the sea. 140x190 bed. fan. color light. Shower area (cold water) and hot water 30 metres away. And also a great outdoor shower and outdoor toilet.
