On the upper elevations of the garden and on the terrace in front of the house, there is a magnificent view of the Lesvos on one side and the view of the mountain and the valley on the other. You can take long nature walks during the day, you can go to the sea within 5 minutes walking distance. You can enjoy waking up in a house where you can't hear noises except for the sounds of birds.

There are old houses on the street, but when you enter the house, you will enter another world. It takes 10 minutes to get to Cunda and Sarımsaklı from the back road. There are 4 parking lots around. Climatized with Qubishi air conditioning. Parking close by car on Thursday is possible in the evening, a market is established.

Originally owned by the Muslim family of Hadji Mendaz Bey, it was passed to Christian families from Ayvalik and Propontis after the 1922 population exchange. Located on “Mayor Kostas Doukas” street, near the market, bakery and mini market, it offers sea views, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room.
