Agistri 1, Cavos beach studio

Relax by the sea. Cavos beachfront studios are located on the north west side of Agistri island, on a quiet spot, with crystal clear water sea and pebbles. Just five minutes walk from the Main port of Agistri(Agistri-Myloi) where the flying dolphins (Aegean Flying dolphins and Blue Star Flying Dolphins) arrive and the main village of Megalochori that has bakery, taverns, supermarkets, cafe, clubs, bike rentals, swimming pool bars and more. Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.

Επιπλέον έχει μεγάλο ιδιωτικό χώρο για parking καθώς και barbeque, laundry room, εξωτερική ντουζιέρα και παιδική χαρά.

The apartment is located in a central part of the city, with all kinds of shops around but mostly very close to organized beaches with beach bars and tavernas. The nearest is "Kourendi" (at a distance of 150 m.) Τhe Bus station is located 30 m. away from the building! Come....and you will enjoy a wonderful experience of staying in a safe, clean, bright and positive place!

The apartment is a 50sqm loft on the 3rd floor with a very nice view of the opposite mountains. It has one bedroom with a double bed and a closet. Living room with fireplace and a corner sofa from where you can enjoy the great view It also has a kitchenette equipped with a coffee machine, microwave, and kettle. Finally there is a private bathroom with shower.
