Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Paralia Koum Κapi

This is a gem in the heart of the old city. We loved staying here and walking everywhere! Close to the bus stop for day trips too which was so nice. Would gladly return to this spot!

The house was a brilliant location, under 10 mins walk to the harbour and 15mins walk to the old town and lanes. Kitchen was reasonably equipped. Cotton / linen sheets which makes such a difference especially in the heat. Host was lovely and met us on arrival to show us around.

We had a wonderful stay in Aptera. The location was perfect; close to Chania and an easy drive to other locations in western Crete but still rural, quiet, and private. There's an incredible view of the mountains right out of the front door. Mihalis was really friendly and gave us many local recommendations. We highly recommend a stay here!

A charming little house very central and close-to heaps of restaurants. It was very private- it felt like we had our own little neighbourhood to ourselves. Michalis and Guylaine were accommodating of our 11pm arrival! Meeting us in the street to ensure a smooth check in. It was so nice to stay in a place that embodies the history of the old town. The can’t church singing in the morning was magic.

Красивые, современные апартаменты. Светло и чисто. Все фото соответствуют реальности! Хочется отметить прекрасный дворик, где приятно проводить вечера. Сэнди всегда на связи и готова помочь со всеми возникшими вопросами. Рядом таверны, пляж в 7 минутах ходьбы. Так же рядом есть красивый парк с детской площадкой, ходили туда гулять с дочерью. Так же советуем пройтись вдоль парка, найдёте прекрасные пляжи. Особенно нам полюбился пляж Paralia Agii Apostoli. Учитывайте, что рядом находится кемпинг. Иногда бывает шумно, но нам это не доставило сильного неудобства. А иногда даже нравилось музыкальное сопровождение от туда. Советуем к бронированию!

We had a wonderful time in the villa. Manolis was always very helpful and provided us support whenever we needed. I would absolutly recommend the villa. Especially the view is outstanding

This home worked perfectly for my family of 11. Evi was very communicative and responsive, I very much appreciate her help. The home was well stocked and we appreciate the welcome gifts. The location is fantastic and very walkable to all of Chania. We had 3 family members that were 70+ that were able to get around easily. The neighborhood has some graffiti on the walls as you enter but there was never a time we felt unsafe. Everyone we encountered in Chania was wonderful. I would recommend this home to family and friends.

Villa anasa exceeded expectations. The pictures don't do it justice, the attention to detail in the interior is impressive. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend. Gorgios was a gracious host and helpful in every way possible.

This is a great place that looks exactly as the pictures. It has two great balconies and is blocks from both the beach and old town.

A lovely place in a cute village, surrounded by olive trees. A gorgeous view from the terrace. The house manager communicates very well, with fast, clear and friendly instructions. Special mention: the owners Elena and Michail also run a delightful restaurant 30min away. It is well worth going, for the food, the view, but most importantly to meet with them! They have been sooo incredibly welcoming and it was a treat to have a chat with them both. I definitely recommend

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement très bien équipé, propre et conforme à l’annonce. L’accès direct à la mer est un vrai atout, idéal pour en profiter à tout moment de la journée. L’hôte, qui habite juste en dessous, a été très accueillant et disponible. À noter toutefois : la route proche peut être bruyante en soirée, ce qui peut gêner les personnes sensibles au bruit. Malgré cela, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Merci pour votre accueil !

Het was een perfecte plek! George en familie waren erg gastvrij! Onze dochter mocht zelfs even boven spelen met zijn kinderen! Appartement was mooi, ruim en erg schoon! Met grote balkons (met een fantastisch uitzicht) en een ruime tuin die perfect was voor onze 4 jarige dochter. Van de tuin kregen we sla, eieren, schapenmelk en olijfolie. In de buurt snel bij het strand, lekkere restaurantjes en wandelroutes. Voor herhaling vatbaar! Wij hebben genoten :).

This place is truly special. We enjoyed our time here so much. George’s parents-George and Alexandra were the best! Always a warm and friendly greeting. They were so kind and helpful. Their dog was also super sweet. They really made us feel at home. The place was great. Very comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay. The view was to die for!! Just spectacular. Every morning waking up and looking out the window made you feel such a sense of peace. The location was fabulous. Close to so many wonderful restaurants and the most beautiful beaches. In case you can’t tell, we totally loved our stay. You will not be disappointed with this lovely little gem. Highly recommend!

Hidden gem! Loved this home, literally two minute walk to Golden Beach. Katerina is so sweet (she met us in-person, had local restaurant recommendations, and even provided a bottle of wine). The home was perfect for our group of 6 (great value for the money, too). Would 100% come again!

we hebben het super naar onze zin gehad. ik zou er zo weer terug gaan. waren gast vrij en altijd klaar om te helpen met wat dan ook. is erg mobiel voor zowel platanias als chania en ook centraal gezien de leuke excursies en de mooiste stranden.

We had a very pleasant stay with our 4 month old baby. The hosts where very accommodating and overall the apartment is well equipped. Location wise its super close to nice beaches and to the lovely villages around Vamos. Also Chania is easily reachable by car. All in all very recommended. Only downside were the sheets, but its typical for greece. I guess we are spoiled with our egyption cotton/satin fitted sheets🤣

Wonderful Experience at the Villa Elias! Our stay at the villa was perfect. The sea view was breathtaking, especially during sunset – a true sense of calm, quiet, and complete privacy. Choosing this villa was an excellent decision, especially because of the heated pool, which the kids absolutely loved. They enjoyed both swimming and playing in the spacious garden. The villa is well-equipped, with many useful items that made our stay very comfortable, including an air pump for pool toys. The location is also great – close to shops, supermarkets, and pharmacies. Exactly as the photos and as all other reviewers have said, Christina is fantastic with immediate responses and plenty of advice regarding local attractions. The apartment was so good that we really didn’t want to go out until the sun went down, watching the sunset from the rear high level balcony was just fantastic. Five balconies in total, three at the front and two at the rear meant that the two of us had a ridiculous amount of space. The apartment has everything you need, it is in a very quiet, well heeled area with a fantastic bar and coffee shop just around the corner. The bar is a locals bar, very quiet, well furnished with a lovely atmosphere run by Stelios and his family. Great craft beer, wine etc and it was brilliant to have this amenity so close. Restaurants and a supermarket all within walking distance plus the hidden gem of the magical Venizelou Cafe just over the road. We swam with the locals in the fantastic rock pools and will definitely return soon, thanks Christina.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect—just a short walk to great restaurants and a beautiful, warm, shallow beach that was perfect for our family. The house itself exceeded our expectations. It was incredibly spacious and had more bathrooms than any Airbnb we've ever booked, which made a big difference for our large group. The pool was a lot of fun, even without heating, and the jacuzzi was a great bonus. The place was spotless and truly felt like a hidden gem right in the city—hard to believe you can find something this nice in such a convenient location. Nicolas, the host, was fantastic. He provided a helpful written guide and surprised us with several thoughtful freebies. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again—highly recommended!

This is a stunning home in a great neighbourhood with a host who is an absolute 10/10! The house was even better than expected as a couple more bathrooms were added recently so there are now four. Host met us at the property, showed us around and gave extensive recommendations for all things Chania and Crete! The pool is just perfect for lounging or a dip in the evening after a hot day exploring beautiful Chania & Crete. I’d suggest you must have a car to get to and from the property as it is in a residential area however I think for Crete in general you need a car. Definitely one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in, top to bottom. Don’t even hesitate booking this place!

Andreas und Georgia waren unglaublich gastfreundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar, wenn man Fragen hatte. Gleichzeitig haben sie einem aber auch alle Freiheiten gelassen. Besonders schön fand ich die kleinen persönlichen Aufmerksamkeiten, die den Aufenthalt wirklich besonders gemacht haben. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles – ihr seid fantastische Gastgeber!

Fantastic villa, beautiful rooms & pool area and wonderful and attentive hosts! We had a great time start to finish, and the villa was in a fantastic spot, and couldn’t recommend more! We had a slight issue with the internet being slow so that would be the only thing to bear in mind when booking if you work remote/ need wifi often, the only place we could get connection was the cellar, so I think a couple wifi repeaters would go a long way!

Effie looked after us well, always at our disposal and proactively offering help. The place was perfect for our needs, comfortable, flexible and easy to live in. The location is out of the way and up a hill, which makes it peaceful and serene. The neighbour cats were very friendly, one of them leaving the gift of a mouse on our doorstep overnight-we are vegetarians but it’s the thought that counts! We highly recommend this place.

Nektaria et Nikos sont des hôtes exceptionnels - accueillants, attentionnés et généreux avec leurs conseils et produits maison (confitures, fruits frais et raki), on l'impression d'être reçu par des membres de la famille.
