The Stone House mountain retreat: open all year.

Take a step back in time and stay in this unique, beautiful old stone house, set on a steep mountain slope, surrounded by woods and terraces, ideal for walkers and nature lover's. A glorious sandy beach with two shipwrecks is a twenty five min. drive away. In the winter the Stone House has a wood burning fire making it an accommodation which is suitable for holidays in all seasons, especially walking holidays, each season having it's own special charm. Four marked walks start from Arni itself.

Βρίσκεται εντός ιστορικού πέτρινου κτηρίου που χτίστηκε το 1837. Αποτελείται από το κυρίως υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι & ένα δεύτερο δωμάτιο, που έχει τις χρήσεις καθιστικού, κουζίνας & οδηγεί στο μπάνιο, ενώ πάνω από αυτά, υπάρχει ένας ανοικτός υπερυψωμένος κρεβατότοπος, με 2 μονά στρώματα. Δεν ενδείκνυται για παιδιά κάτω των 7 ετών (βλ. & παρακάτω).

It is a newly built stone three-storey maisonette where the owners live on the separate ground floor. The house is arranged on the ground floor kitchen, living room, dining room and WC and on the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms and the bathroom. It has stunning views of the beach of Ag. Petros beach from both of its verandas. It is just 3km from the port and 4km from the tourist area of Batsi. The beach is 500m from the house and in the area there are taverns, a bakery and a supermarket

Summer Guesthouse is part of a private farm resort featuring two houses available for guest accommodation, plus my own residence. Located 2.5km from the port of Gavrio, it is an ideal place to relax, come close to nature and enjoy the sun, the sea and our heartwarming hospitality. The swimming pool is located on the upper level, in front of my residence, and it is shared among the three houses of the complex. You are welcome to enjoy the pool and the sunbeds.
