Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Paraguay

The apartment was really comfortable and well-equipped. The bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. It was a pleasure to sit in the outdoor garden, a quiet and pleasant space to relax. Thanks to the location of the apartment, close to the main entrance, I could easily receive food orders through the app directly through the grille, without needing to leave the building, which was very practical. I also want to highlight the large and comfortable lounging area on the building's rooftop, ideal for hanging out or working outdoors. For me, a great added value was the laundry: although it is shared, it is free, which makes this place perfect also for longer stays. I had some small inconveniences, but I was able to resolve them easily with the host, who reacted quickly and was very kind at all times. Excellent communication and attention. Thank you for everything!

Good facilities such as swimming pool and coworking area. It was simple, we arrived and at the reception Abraham looked after us beautifully. The apartment managers were quick to respond to every demand we had. The views of Asunción from the piso are magnificent. All in all a very good experience I recommend.

Also, comes with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxed stay. The location is ideal and the building is safe, with a 24 hour doorman. The attention was very friendly and efficient. We spent beautiful days, we felt right at home, but with enviable views of Lake Ypacarai, the sunset is unique from the terrace! The house is beautiful and impeccable, better than what you can appreciate in the photos, it is super comfortable and is located in a very quiet and beautiful condominium. Raquel was communicated with us the whole time pending and recommending great options in the area. Access to downtown SanBer is quick and easy, the truth is that everything was fabulous: comfort, cleanliness, attention, location. Without a doubt it will be our first option for upcoming visits and we recommend it 100%!
