We had an unexpected change in our travel plans, and Ruben and the RENTU team helped us when we were in need of a place, and fast! To our surprise and happiness, the place was so nice, so new, and perfectly located. It was perfect for our needs, and I would absolutely recommend for anyone traveling to Asuncion. 2 bathrooms, perfect A/C, awesome water pressure, a nespresso, and a nice pool & lounge area on the roof deck. Friendly and helpful security and super clean. Super responsive, and really good restaurants a block away. If you go to Asuncion, this is a great place.

Amazing stay! The view from the accommodation is spectacular, as shown in the photos. The host was excellent: always available, quick to respond and resolve any questions or details. In addition, they were very flexible with check-in and check-out, which made our experience even more comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Tremendo everything. The bottom of a show, the only thing to criticize is that the password entry did not work for me and if or if I needed the key, so the 5 we went we had to handle each other or agree not to be outside.

Luxurious Apartment in Asuncion (Los Laureles)

Excellent place, very clean and with everything you need. The area is impeccable, very close to the gastronomic center. The neighborhood is quiet, it is meters from a supermarket where you can find everything, The pool is all you need after a very hot day. It has good hours to use it. The security guard is very attentive and gave us all the directions we needed. His name is Ariel Acosta. If I return to Asunción I would not hesitate to stay in the same place. Thank you

Unbeatable location

The location is great, very close to the malls and with easy access to everything we need. The neighborhood felt very safe, which brought even more comfort during the stay. Both the apartment and the structure of the building are great, spacious and well maintained. Also, the host has always been very kind and responded quickly whenever we need it. We really enjoyed the experience and would undoubtedly return!

The stay was excellent, we recommend it to everyone. Thanks to Mr. Guillermo, along with the doorman, Mr. Carlos, we were able to enter the apartment without any difficulty, in addition to having an extremely safe and private garage. Not to mention the apartment, which is perfect for 3 people and a small dog, with air-conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, essential to withstand the heat in Asunción. Everything was clean and organized, ready for our stay. Thank you so much for the stay and I hope to be back soon.

I had an amazing stay at this wonderful apartment. John was very helpful and attentive and I couldn't have wished for a better host. the apartment building is new and very comfortable. the wifi was fast, and John had a backup for us the one time the internet was down. I plan to stay here again! 5/5

Great stay ! I want to thank Juan for providing us with a cozy and comfortable space during our stay in Asuncion, The apartment is beautiful, with impeccable decor and with all the necessary details to feel at home. The location is great , within walking distance of cafes, bars, and restaurants, with easy access to public transportation. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, ideal for resting after a day of exploration. Juan was an excellent host , always willing to help us and answer our questions. His communication was clear, quick and gave us good advice on places to visit and eat In short, this apartment is a gem in Asuncion, If you are looking for a cozy, comfortable and well located place, please feel free to choose this apartment. We recommend it 100%!!

Amazing place to stay at. It actually felt like luxury. Was great to have spare sheets and a blanket to do a movie night on the fold out couch as there was no TV in the bedroom. The balcony was great with a lovely view of the green tree suburb below. So much was close by - shopping, food, bars. Easy access to the pool on the roof. Was a perfect stay.

excellent accommodation. The only thing to improve check the air conditioners especially the one in the living room, it cooled little. With 30 degrees it stood just but if it was in summer with more than 40 degrees like. I made in Paraguay I would have canceled by the heat, especially because the sun is all afternoon.

Modern apartment, modern building, great location. Consider there is about 5 construction sites around, so since 7am there is some noise thought the day. Wasn't an issue for me since i stayed for a weekend, but might be an issue if you stay longterm or need peace. Also pillows needed to be changed, they are worn out. Short term solid choice.

The apartment is located in the centre of Asuncion. It is very safe because Police are patrolling 24 hours. And it is also close to all shops &tourist spots. Sebastian is very nice . He allowed me to check in earlier .Really appreciated for it! Everything is fantastic! Highly recommend!

I have to say that I chose this accommodation almost without taking into account anything other than the excellent ratings it had, and honestly it exceeded my expectations by far!!! Noemi, her husband and also Neida are super friendly!!!! Friendly, close, always attentive to whatever you need, the truth is they are very good people!! Unbeatable value for money, the area is quiet, with easy access and impeccable cleanliness!!! Honestly, I have to say from the heart that it is the best Airbnb I have ever been to and that I have been treated better than anywhere else. I can only say, Thank you so much!!!

The apartment is well located, with some restaurants around, a quiet neighborhood, and the apartment is just as great as shown in the photos. There’s just one thing: the garage ramp is too steep. For lower cars like my Toyota Auris, the car needs to be empty and you have to go in very carefully at an angle to avoid scraping the underbody. The construction company made the ramp with too much inclination.
