You hardly believe you are in Paraguay when you enter the very modern, tasteful and lovingly furnished house of Richard and Alex. The house offers everything your heart desires, even a bathtub and dishwasher. The pool area offers a lot of privacy and is only available to the guests of the two identical vacation homes. These are very quiet in the midst of wonderful nature, from horses, cows to chickens, including a private forest for relaxing walks. If you value peace and privacy, this is the place to be, including impressive sunsets. The wonderful hosts Richard and Alex also live on the spacious grounds and are always there when you need them. They always have an open ear for the wishes of their guests and give tips for the area. Fully recommended! We will be back!

The house is very well cared for, in a very quiet and consolidated neighborhood, close to one of the most Transmitted Avenida and that leads directly to the 2 best shopping centers (walk the gallery and shopping of the sun) where apart from having many shops, there are very good restaurants. Excellent quality price, I take a very good opinion of Enzo, excellent host on day 1 always responding quickly, it is a 100% recommended option and without hesitation I would return.

Highly recommended, the house is a 10, comfortable with all the amenities to stay a few days and feel at home. Sergio, the owner, is a genius, perfect and quick communication. We came to see Racing in the South American final and we took the cup, so come and stay here!

The place is really nice and Nestor and his wife are really lovely people. Nestor speaks English very well and is very attentive. Everything was great.

Wonderful loft – perfect for a stay in Asunción! Tony's studio is just as beautiful as the photos – clean, modern, and well-equipped. I felt right at home! Especially the comfortable bed with high-quality bedding and the loving decoration have made the stay pleasant. The amenities are well thought out: from kitchen utensils to a drying rack to a hairdryer, everything is there. The large balcony invites you to relax, and the quiet location near shopping centers makes it even better. The building also offers a pool, gym and laundry room – all well maintained. Check-in was straightforward, and Tony is a great host who responds quickly and reliably. I can fully recommend the studio and would come back anytime!

All clean, comfortable and safe!

Since I arrived at the place I was cared for by 10. All staff at the property treated me as if I owned. The beautiful and very well-equipped apartment and the facilities were beautiful, I didn't want to leave. Super safe, the car was left in the garage and there were many activities to do within the establishment, Padel courts, Basketball, Tennis, Games for boys, pools, pool, Ping Pong, etc. 10 de 10

Awesome Department!!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing place and were completely captivated by its connection with nature. The serene environment and the beautifully maintained spaces are perfect for romantic strolls or family walks with kids where you can find a lot of friendly animals (dogs, horses, etc). My girlfriend and I felt an intriguing connection with the place that made our stay truly special. The wooden cabins offered a unique experience, seamlessly blending comfort with the natural surroundings. Jasmin and her entire family were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. I had the delightful opportunity to have many engaging conversations with Sabrina, Jasmin's mother. She shared fascinating life experiences and talked about the wonderful times they're having in Paraguay. Overall, I highly recommend this place. I would love to return every chance I get, especially because of the convenient car connections to nearby cities like Sanber, Altos, Caacupe, and Atyra.

Wonderful place in the countryside, I really enjoyed my stay there. It’s very peaceful. There are a few very friendly dogs on the property, I liked that. Great host!

When we arrived, we immediately fell in love with the beautiful piece of terrain. It is full of fruit trees, and beautiful plants and has nice places to sit everywhere. The views were amazing! You can enjoy the coziness on the lake, and all the animals and birds in the area. On weekends there is music from all sides of the lake. Parties and bbq were also celebrated on the property, and that brought a cozy atmosphere. The host was friendly and quick to respond when we wanted to ask, also booking was not a problem. Unfortunately, the stove was not in operation, but they quickly brought a replacement for that, so we could still cook. The bedrooms were nice for sleeping. The whole house was nicely decorated. The surroundings and the grounds as well as the house are well worth staying. I hope I'll be back here someday.

It was completely accurate to the description, very well equipped. Above all, there were basic things for the kitchen and even coffee. Overall very cozy and very clean small pool to cool off. Bikes should be serviced.

We were 19 people and we all agreed that the house couldn't be better. Everything was spotless. Super comfortable, luxurious, inexpensive. We will never forget the house that hosted us to be champions of the Copa Sudamericana 🩵

Diego's house is a dream! Ideal for spending a few days with the family. The amenities it has, the location, and the neighborhood make staying there a pleasure. Ideal for hiking in the hills and visiting the nearby Saltos in the brook area of Paraguari - Piribebuy. We would definitely come back!
