We invite you to enjoy quiet country living at its finest. Located right off of 1-15, our property is right next to the Bear River and adjacent to Bear River Bottoms Hunting Club. Nearby is Hansen Park (1 mile away), Crystal Hot Springs (8 miles away), or Golden Spike National Historic Park (32 miles away). Take it easy at this newly constructed tranquil mountain getaway. Located at the base of Nordic Mountain Ski resort, there are plenty of things to do. Two other major ski resorts are less than 30 min away. During the summer enjoy the beautiful lake that's only a couple miles down the road, or world class mountain biking trails, hiking trails, dirt biking, boating, snowshoeing, snowmobiling....it's a mountain paradise. The lake also has a paved trail you can walk or bike and enjoy the sunsets.

Apple Berry Cabin

The cabin is on our family farm nestled next to a 2 acre apple orchard and spring fed ponds. You can enjoy a stroll through the trees, especially nice in spring when the trees are blooming. Relax next to the ponds while watching the fish swiming or the turtles basking in the sun. The area is great for bird watchers, with a wide variety of birds that vary with the seasons. There is no WiFi available. The bathroom is in the house next to the cabin, but has a private access for guests only.

Julia Vintage Cottage at Victorian Woods

The Julia is a quaint country cottage built in the 1930s. It is nestled below the Wellsville mountain range in Mendon, Utah. With all the modern amenities, it feels like staying at grandma's house. The fully furnished cottage has two queen-size beds, a comfortable living room, and a full kitchen. The home sits on a wooded lot frequented by deer, moose, great horned owls, hawks, and wild turkeys. Enjoy the yard, barbecue grill, fire pit, patio, and carport for parking.

The Family Barn is a timeless, beautiful home.

This barn style house is nestled in the heart of quant Mendon, Utah. It has great mountain views and beautiful trees that surround the property. The house opens to a large great room with large picture windows perfect for entertaining large groups but cozy enough for smaller families. Please be aware there is an attached apartment with tenants not part of the rental.

Quiet, one bedroom.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. you will love how quiet it is. In the winter enjoy a warm fire inside. In the summer enjoy the fire pit outside. Spacious bedroom shared laundry room. Plenty of parking adequate kitchen, but definitely not going to be fixing any five star meals. There is always a beautiful sunset.
