This gorgeous home is located at the very top of a hill in one of the most central locations in Lancaster County. You'll be surrounded by breathtaking views of the nearby farmland and the interior has been beautifully decorated in calming, neutral tones. No amenity has been spared for your stay some of which include a spacious master suite, stunning kitchen, Keurig machine, large game room, a kid's toy room, a firepit, yard games and a patio with outdoor seating, a hot tub, pool and a grill.

The Carriage House: Beautiful Farmland Views.

The Carriage House is the second floor of our cedar stables that was turned into an apartment years ago. It has been completely redone and professionally decorated to make it a cozy + luxe retreat with beautiful views. While we no longer use the stables to house animals we still keep a few head of cattle + sheep in the pasture for your enjoyment. The wall of windows along the back of the apartment offer you the most stunning views of the surrounding farmland and an unforgettable sunrise.

Witmer Estate

This beautiful Victorian home is perfect for large groups or families traveling together. The home is centrally located, Amish attractions, Sight and Sound, Strasburg Railroad, outlet shopping all with in 10 minutes drive, 20 minutes from Downtown Lancaster. Hersheypark, Ski Roundtop, and Hershey Chocolate World all within an hours drive. We can also accommodate 6 more guests in the adjoining Innkeepers Quarters. Located upstairs above the garage, which is not connected to the big house. The setting is in the heart of Amish country on a private street which creates a relaxed atmosphere.
