The space has its own entrance and outdoor patio complete with a custom waterfall, and is steps from beautiful Wildwood Park located at the edge of both Upper and Lower Bidwell Park, where you can spend time hiking, swimming, biking, or watching a beautiful sunset.

Cheerful New Cottage Style Family Mountain Getaway

Centrally located in the rebuilding town of Paradise. Every home on our street was lost in the 2018 Camp Fire. We are the fourth home to be rebuilt on the street. There is new hope for this small mountain community. Decorated in a cozy cottage look with comfortable beds and everything you need in our stocked kitchen. Excellent internet and a smart TV . There is an outdoor table for and gas grill. Our local marina, Line Saddle, has boat, paddle board and kayak rentals for a day on the lake.

In the heart of historic downtown Oroville, Judge Gray's home (est. 1875), offers four suites (each w/ private bathroom and shower), kitchen, dining room, parlor, office & laundry. A couple or group of eight can enjoy the house while exploring the beauty and history of Butte County. Located 2 blocks from downtown’s unique restaurants, shops and the Feather River. One suite per guest (two guests maximum per suite.) Unbooked suites will be locked to keep the cleaning fee affordable.

One mile from Chico State University and downtown. Also In walking distance to Enloe Medical Center. If you enjoy strolling through Local Markets, you will be within a mile of Chico’s year around Farmers Market.

A stylish, relaxed vibe at our centrally-located studio. Quiet neighborhood, comfortable unit. There is some construction on occasion happening on the lot directly behind this unit. Most days are quiet but occasionally there is some construction noise between the hours of 8am - 5pm

Our place is close to Downtown, restaurants and nightlife, Bidwell Park and Chico State. You’ll love our creek side setting because of the location. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and family visiting Chico State students.
