Cheerful New Cottage Style Family Mountain Getaway

Centrally located in the rebuilding town of Paradise. Every home on our street was lost in the 2018 Camp Fire. We are the fourth home to be rebuilt on the street. There is new hope for this small mountain community. Decorated in a cozy cottage look with comfortable beds and everything you need in our stocked kitchen. Excellent internet and a smart TV . There is an outdoor table for and gas grill. Our local marina, Line Saddle, has boat, paddle board and kayak rentals for a day on the lake.

Maxwell House in Paradise

Enjoy this quiet house built in 2023 with thick reinforced concrete walls and plenty of insulation. You will be within walking distance of public tennis courts, bike path, parks, grocery store, hardware store, auto parts store and restaurants. The kitchen has a refrigerator, two burner cooktop, stainless hood, stainless counters and sink. There are two showers with natural tile floors. Queen sized bed with a mattress made new in Chico, CA. Two car drive and plenty of street parking.

Our cute studio sleeps up to 4 and is just steps from Bidwell park and downtown Chico. Private entrance, alley parking. A full bathroom with shower and comfortable queen bed and a sleeper sofa with full size mattress. Our place is close to Downtown, restaurants and nightlife, Bidwell Park and Chico State. You’ll love our creek side setting because of the location. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and family visiting Chico State students.
