This was a great last minute rental. Maria was a great host and helpful with everything. I would rent from this group again and even consider buying a place for them to manage. I hope to visit again soon.

Yuri was a very thoughtful and gracious host and the condo was immaculate. The location was located in the heart of downtown Jaco with restaurants and stores within walking distance. The views from the balcony were fantastic and such a great sunset view from the private pool area, the beachfront walkway, or hanging on the beach with the surf instructors!

Best anniversary celeb ever! Lee was such an amazing hostess. Took care of all of our needs and requests including helping us book a quad at an excellent rate. So much to do and more then end the day at the villa with a spectacular view. You won’t be disappointed!

We really enjoyed our stay here and would happily go back! Big, clean apartment with easy walking access to the beach, grocery store, and restaurants. WiFi was reliable enough for us to work from the apartment with no issues. Thank you!

Jean's Jaco studio was beautiful and looked just like the amazing photos! I loved waking up to see the beach and birds. The view is simply stunning. The property is extremely secure with 24 hour staffing by very friendly people. Jean provided very detailed instructions (including for checkout, wifi, AC, blinds and remotes, and was responsive when I didn't quite understand the code for entry (I needed to do a better job of reading, is what it came down to). Jean called me and talked me through the issues I was having and was very friendly, which I appreciated! I wish I had more days to enjoy the pool which was clean and inviting. Jean let me lay at the pool with a friend, which is a private area, and that was super nice of Jean to allow. I wish I had more days on site! The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever stayed in. Bathroom was beautiful and featured nice shampoo, body wash & lotion, and everything worked perfectly. Next time I'm in Jaco I will be going to Jean's!

We had a lovely week. As you can see in the photos, this place is comfortable and beautiful. It has beautiful spaces like the hammocks, the pool and a beautiful ocean view terrace. I highly recommend it!!!

This home is such an amazing place to stay. Wonderful location, steps from the surf, amazing windows, so much natural light, amazing views from inside and the covered porch, comfortable furniture, beds. Truly one of the most memorable places. This is a wonderful place to stay right on the beach , enjoy the surf , beach walks and amazing sunsets . Antonio was very welcoming and was extremely hospitable and helpful especially as I was travelling solo made me feel right at home and comfortable .

Pia's place is probably my favorite AirBnb ever. It's a little beachside oasis right in the heart of Santa Teresa. Walk across the beautifully landscaped yard and onto the sand of one of the best beaches in Costa Rica. Iguanas, monkeys, butterflies and birds everywhere. A great hotel next door for good meals and pool time for kids. Pia is an exceptionally cool and kind and helpful host. And the house itself is awesome -- beautifully designed, well maintained, gorgeous. Can't recommend it highly enough.

Great apartment at a secure location. Pool just outside and access to the beach. Access to the casino next door with restaurant options and an even bigger pool. Can walk the street or beach to the downtown in 20 minutes or get a cab/Uber if the weather is too hot.

Excellent accommodation, very well equipped. Comfortable bedding, impeccable cleanliness. We had a wonderful stay at Guillermo's place with whom the communication was very nice. We will be back!

Christians place was fantastic! The villa was very clean and comfortable. The pool was lovely during the hot days in Jaco. It’s a short walk to the beach and many local restaurants. I would definitely stay here again :)

First of all, congratulating Mary on the excellent attention and respectful treatment she gave us at all times, the place is really beautiful and close to restaurants and supermarkets. The access to the beach is 5 minutes walk, just cross a street and you are enjoying the best sunsets. The place is spotless and provided with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Would definitely visit again!!

This place is very well located and beautiful view from the 8th floor. The condo is very nice, the pool is big and great for children. We had a great time and Ricardo was such an excellent host. We will definitely come back

We had such an amazing time here the private rooftop patio was so beautiful we drank our coffee up there every morning. The security was so friendly, we felt very safe. Everything was in walking distance… restaurants and grocery stores. Overall amazing would visit again.
