This was a great last minute rental. Maria was a great host and helpful with everything. I would rent from this group again and even consider buying a place for them to manage. I hope to visit again soon.

Yuri was a very thoughtful and gracious host and the condo was immaculate. The location was located in the heart of downtown Jaco with restaurants and stores within walking distance. The views from the balcony were fantastic and such a great sunset view from the private pool area, the beachfront walkway, or hanging on the beach with the surf instructors!

Best anniversary celeb ever! Lee was such an amazing hostess. Took care of all of our needs and requests including helping us book a quad at an excellent rate. So much to do and more then end the day at the villa with a spectacular view. You won’t be disappointed!

Das Apartment war für uns perfekt von der Lage - etwas außerhalb des Trubels aber nah genug am Geschehen. Der Strand sowie der nächste Supermarkt waren sehr schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung selbst ist schön und modern eingerichtet und bietet viel Platz. Vom Balkon aus haben wir verschiedenste Vögel und Affen beobachtet. Wir können die Unterkunft definitiv empfehlen 😊 danke!

My partner and I stayed here for two nights in April, this was her first visit to Jaco. We arrived a little later than expected, and security was very helpful getting me what I needed and pointed in right direction. Place was very welcoming and beautiful. We both loved the space, property, view and the curtains(which move by remote control). If we return to Jaco, and we probably will, I would not hesitate to book Jeans place again. Pasamos una semana hermosa. Tal como ves en las fotos, este alojamiento es cómodo y bonito. Tiene espacios preciosos como las hamacas, la piscina y una hermosa terraza con vista al mar. Lo recomiendo por mucho!!!

This home is such an amazing place to stay. Wonderful location, steps from the surf, amazing windows, so much natural light, amazing views from inside and the covered porch, comfortable furniture, beds. Truly one of the most memorable places. Cleaning staff and Karen are super attentive , responsive and nice. Thx you.

This is a wonderful place to stay right on the beach , enjoy the surf , beach walks and amazing sunsets . Antonio was very welcoming and was extremely hospitable and helpful especially as I was travelling solo made me feel right at home and comfortable .

Pia's place is probably my favorite AirBnb ever. It's a little beachside oasis right in the heart of Santa Teresa. Walk across the beautifully landscaped yard and onto the sand of one of the best beaches in Costa Rica. Iguanas, monkeys, butterflies and birds everywhere. A great hotel next door for good meals and pool time for kids. Pia is an exceptionally cool and kind and helpful host. And the house itself is awesome -- beautifully designed, well maintained, gorgeous. Can't recommend it highly enough.

Great apartment at a secure location. Pool just outside and access to the beach. Access to the casino next door with restaurant options and an even bigger pool. Can walk the street or beach to the downtown in 20 minutes or get a cab/Uber if the weather is too hot.

Excellent logement, très bien équipé. Literie confortable, propreté irréprochable. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour chez Guillermo avec qui la communication a été très agréable. Nous reviendrons!

Christians place was fantastic! The villa was very clean and comfortable. The pool was lovely during the hot days in Jaco. It’s a short walk to the beach and many local restaurants. I would definitely stay here again :)

Primero que todo felicitar a Mary por la excelente atención y trato respetuoso que nos brindó en todo momento, el lugar es realmente hermoso y cerca de restaurantes y supermercados. El acceso a la playa es de 5 minutos caminado, solo cruzar una calle y estás disfrutando de los mejores atardeceres. El lugar es impecable y está provisto con todo lo necesario para una estadía placentera. Sin duda volveríamos a visitarlo!!

This place is very well located and beautiful view from the 8th floor. The condo is very nice, the pool is big and great for children. We had a great time and Ricardo was such an excellent host. We will definitely come back

We had such an amazing time here the private rooftop patio was so beautiful we drank our coffee up there every morning. The security was so friendly, we felt very safe. Everything was in walking distance… restaurants and grocery stores. Overall amazing would visit again.
