Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Paphos

Nice and secluded! It was a great location to be near the water and away from crowds. The host gave us good recommendations of things to do and we had a great time. The two hour timer on the air conditioners was a little annoying, but we only woke up a couple times to turn them back on.

Such a great place, so handy for the harbour, easy to hop on buses at the end of the road to go anywhere. only half an hour on the bus to the airport. Very comfortable bed and bedding.

Just returned from a 1 week stay. Check in instructions sent a few days before and Anna was kind enough to arrange a taxi transfer for us. The villa is beautiful and spotlessly clean. The pool is much bigger than it looks in photographs. The villa itself was in a perfect location with a number of restaurants, supermarkets and the kings avenue mall all within walking distance. Tea for two which is a two minute walk a way was one of our favourites. There was further construction work nearby although we couldn’t hear any noise and didn’t affect our stay. Anna was contactable during our stay and responded straight away. We already looking at future dates to return.

Great communication from Matheos in the lead up to our arrival and while there, and the villa looks just as pictured with that absolutely stunning pool really sealing the deal! Even though the villa is in a gated community, it really felt so peaceful and like we were alone looking out to the surrounding hills and valley. If you are sensitive to pool temperatures then I suggest requesting heating beforehand, but doubt this is an issue in the summer time (already got quite warm from the Sun in May) and there’s also a great hot tub to hand for the evening. Also be aware that this villa has traditional plumbing infrastructure (typical in many homes on the island).

A lovely flat in a beautiful setting. The flat was as described, plus a large veranda. It was easy to find (it’s listed on google maps), and Yiannis was responsive and helpful. Vouni Panagia is just across the road, where you can do a very reasonably-priced wine-tasting with great Cypriot wines. We walked part of the Vouni Nature Trail, which was also spectacular.

We booked this visit whilst staying at Margarita’s last year. We’ve been counting the days since and when we arrived it was like we hadn’t been away. The peace and tranquility of the setting hasn’t changed and we slipped into holiday mode instantly. The accommodation has everything you need for your stay and the gardens / pool make you not want to leave the terrace area from sunrise to sunset. Margarita was very helpful with check in instructions as we were arriving later than we’d like due to the flight we had booked. She was also very responsive to any questions we had and provided us with information on local events and how they may effect us (local holidays and Potential shop closures) Loopie the resident cat was there to greet us every morning and would pop by in the evening to see us for a little chat and a head scratch. I have never visited the same holiday accommodation more than twice, but this place is so perfect we have already booked for our 3rd visit next May.

Unbelievable place! We’re a family of four — two adults and two kids — and we had more than enough space. The house has everything a family could need. The views and surroundings are absolutely breathtaking. The serenity of the sea, the privacy, everything was just amazing. Highly recommended! We had a lovely one night stay at the apartment as a family. The accommodation was clean and as described, with all the necessary amenities. And the pool was great! It was at a very convenient location and easy to check-in and check-out. Orlando and Michelle were great hosts and we would highly recommend their place.

The location and the price are perfect. Most of the appliance was brand new and something is not (like doors and windows), but the location is quit so it is not a problem. There was around 27-30 degrees outside and I did not use air cooling, so the place is great for the summer. I will definitely want to come to this place if I will be in Paphos again.

The location is great to access the beach, the castle, and supermarket. It offers a parking lot as well so I could safely park my car during the stay. Maria tried her best to help me a lot when I had an issue with the Wi-Fi. Thanks, Maria!

This stay was a dream! Felt like home by the end. I would love to return and now have lifelong memories having great conversations on the outdoor swing at sunset.

Very good location, renovated apartment with many amenities!

Beautiful apartment, very organized and clean, very close to the beach, with a beautiful view of the sea and sunset. The apartment is even more beautiful than the photos on Airbnb. The host is very polite and always answers questions. And only five minutes walking from the apartment to the sea. Under the apartment there are some restaurants and bars of different nationalities. I’m very close supermarket . The neighbourhood is beautiful and everything is close, I definitely recommend it. Thanks a lot

Simon's description of his apartment & neighbourhood is totally honest and accurate. It is clean, fresh and airy and perfect for those just wanting to chill, or for those who simply want a base for exploring further afield. It has everything necessary to enable self-catering whilst being really well situated to allow for very reasonably priced eating out. With wise choices, you can quickly learn how to eat out cheaper than to self-cater! There is also a commercial laundry just outside the gate, a small coffee shop & supermarket, and various excellent grills & tavernas. The apartment is definitely not the best for those who love people-watching but a 10-minute walk will take you to the beach area where you can rent a sun-lounger & umbrella for £5 per day. A 15 min. walk along the beautiful front will take you to the harbour area, again with plenty options for eating out & stunning sunsets at the end of the day. Simon is always ready to advise - nothing seems too much trouble!

We stayed in the apartments and were very pleased! The location is perfect – just a few steps from the sea, and close to restaurants, shops, and places of interest. The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped – we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The balcony with a sea view was wonderful. Communication with the host was smooth and pleasant. Janes apartment was just what we needed just back from two fantastic weeks , we arrived at silly o’clock in the morning and because Janes instructions were so clear that was a perfect start to our holiday , the apartment had everything you need plus lots of other things to make your stay pleasant, this was my first air B&B it was just perfect so many fantastic places within walking distance to eat out at too , the pool was a delight to use too , thank you for a fantastic holiday , we will be back .

Great apartment to stay in during your stay in Cyprus. Hosts are responsive and ready to help. The apartment has a separate bedroom which provides convenience for longer stay. Location is good, not too far from Pafos centre but we recommend renting a car if you wish to visit the area or commute with ease :) Overall we recommend this place!

Estea's place was a good base for us to enjoy our stay in the Paphos area. The Apartment is basic but functional with everything you could need for your stay. Location wise its a short walk to the Kato Paphos area where there are bars and restaurants and the harbour a little further. The old town is a longer walk but is worth a visit too. Parking is free and very useful if you have a car. The area itself seems a little rundown but did not feel unsafe, there are lots of new developments going on around it with new buildings being built. We enjoyed our stay here and it was great value for money.

We felt comfortable here. The bed is 1.2m, which may be too small for some couples. Then be sure to organise Jacobs Tabs for coffee. Savvas Grill Restaurant with great Stifaki just around the corner. To the beach 10 minutes. Simple standard but everything there except dishwasher. The view from the balcony and the atmosphere at breakfast are worth booking here.

The place and host was absolutely 💯 .Very helpful on check in and check out. We had early check in and late check out. He doesn't charge anything and been very very friendly
