The homestay was nice and clean. bed is spacious.and what i most love about this place is they conveniently put a broom so we can just lightly do cleaning. thanks for the stay!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect family stay. We absolutely loved our time here. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Perfect for families! Everything worked well, and the host was super responsive and friendly. Would definitely come back again with balcony view you can see extra airport landing! 😍

The unit was clean and accommodating. We checked in late (10ish pm) due to unavoidably reasons. We had a minor problem with the bedroom lights as we figured out it could be the bulbs or the switches as the aircond, tv and socket were useable. I’ve informed the person incharged about the lights. But told them not to worry much since it’s not a biggie issue and we’d managed without it. They said maintenance will be send the next morning. Overall, all is good. 👍🏻😊

I greatly enjoyed my long-term stay here. The hosts are incredibly welcoming, and they really balance each guest’s privacy with including you in making local food, trying local fruit and eating the fruit grown on the property, and participating in the eco-friendly activities on and off the property. I enjoyed bird watching on the property and while running on the local roads along the river. Because of my lifestyle and not having a car, I mostly stayed nearby and cooked in the kitchen each day, but it was fairly easy and inexpensive to get a Grab car (early morning is more successful, and when returning home some drivers will cancel because it’s considered a bit far). In fact, I think future guests will want to know in advance that there are only two small markets within walking distance that have limited products, and there is no where nearby to buy cooked food/meals. Therefore, plan to get sufficient groceries (the kitchen is large and well-equipped!) and/or leave the area to eat.

非常幸运预定了Donald的民宿！ 被自然环绕，民宿由主人自己亲手布置，藤编的家具，木构的木屋，Donald 很有诗意和才华，空间里四处的布置很有当地传统特色并富有诗意 也有他的摄影作品 以及他还是个画家 驻足间可以欣赏悬挂在木墙上画里的美好～ 住在这里每天都是充满生命力的，相较于奢华的酒店，我更愿意呆在这里感受质朴和自然本身。Donald夫妻性格善良温和，待人彬彬有礼，居住在这里不会感觉被打扰，完全的宾至如归，放松惬意。我预定的日期比较久，他们两口子亲自接机和送行，身处异国，却十分温暖，居住在这里会很放宽心，有安全感。 我大部分需求，他们都会尽可能照顾的，我想自己以后的亚庇旅行都会住在这里吧，像家一样的感觉。

Superb listing with nice sea view of sunset. Host is easy to communicate too

Great place to stay short or long term for 1-2 people. Beds very comfortable, shower had great water pressure and was contained behind glass so didn’t make the whole bathroom wet. The TV had Netflix which provided lots of entertainment at night. Wifi was fast. There was a single pan electric stove that worked very well but the mini fridge only allows for a limited amount of food to be stored. It was also really nice to have a free gym in the building although it doesn’t have AC, so you really work up a sweat. The best thing about this Airbnb was the awesome filtered water dispenser. It can do instant hot water or ice cold water. So nice during the hot days and was one of the big reasons I chose this Airbnb over others. You do hear airplanes and noise from hall, but it’s not too bad. The host was also very responsive and accommodating. She graciously let me store some supplies when I had to go to Sandakan for a few days even though I wasn’t at the bnb. Will rent again when in KK.

The bathroom is super clean. The host is very nice and friendly. Balcony has a nice view and you can catch a sunset from there. I'd love to stay there again someday 🥰

Rent this place for friends from Jakarta. The host was very responsive. Check in and out was easy. Location near to airport and many eatery outlets nearby.

Good location that very near to airport and walking distance to any convenient store. The place is very comfortable and clean, just like living at our own home. Only there are problems such as the sink was a bit clogged but the host did put a notes on it. Hope to be able to repair that soon :) Host is very helpful on guiding from check in until check out. I really love this place and definitely will come back for my next visit to Kota Kinabalu.
