Amazing Family Stay with a Private Pool – Unforgettable Experience! Our family had a fantastic time at Ocean Villa! The private pool was definitely a highlight—our kids spent hours swimming and playing while we relaxed poolside. It made the whole trip feel extra special and private. The villa was spotless, spacious, and perfectly set up for families. We felt right at home with everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to comfortable beds and a safe, peaceful environment. Check-in was super easy, and the host was kind, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. The location was quiet but close enough to restaurants and shops, which made it super convenient for a family trip. This place offered great value and created beautiful memories for us. Really great place and a really great host. Donald and his family made me feel so welcome and included me in lots of their plans which allowed me to get a really authentic Sabah experience! Really nice and wish I could have stayed longer!

This Homestay is very near to the airport, only few minutes driving distance, very convenient for picking groups arriving at different times. Besides, the unit is clean, well equipped and spacious, very spacious, enough space for individuals, and different groups having separate sessions at different space of the unit. My family like the place and wish to stay again. The only thing we frustrated is there is no dish washing liquid provided, only 1 table cleaning cloth and internet line a little bit slow. Overall worth to stay and surely will return again. Thanks for the very responsive owner.

A Very Comfortable and Worthwhile Stay! The homestay was very comfortable and spotless. All the amenities provided were complete and met all our needs. The host was also very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Check-in instructions, parking info, and all other details were clear and easy to follow. Overall, a very satisfying experience and definitely worth the price. We would definitely stay here again the next time we return to Sabah.

We loved Soo’s place! We actually have stayed a few nights at a different house at Loft B. However we decided to extend our stay in KK and found Soo’s place. To be honest, the place is super nice and a lot cleaner than the one we stayed before. Soo was also responsive. We also like the fact that cuckoo water dispenser is provided! interior of the house is also lovely. Would totally recommend the place and will be coming back in the future. Thanks!

Yo-Yo is a wonderful host, was always ready to help us and help us. The apartment is perfectly located above the shopping center, which has a huge number of shops (including a grocery store), cafes and restaurants. They already wrote about the planes that fly over the house, but they did not bother us at all. On the contrary, it was interesting to see them and take great photos. The apartment itself is spacious and very cozy, we really liked it there. There is a fruit and seafood market within a 15-minute walk from the apartment, which was also convenient.
