This gorgeous 4 bedroom villa is located just 400m from the famous Canggu beach of Batu-Bolong. Spread on 1200 sqm, this villa and it's 450 sqm building area has much, much to offer. Designed and built by an Australian architect, Del Boca Villa will bring you all the comfort you need whilst still conveying a real "Bali feel". A large open living area, over-looking your private pool and surrounded by lush tropical garden will make you instantly feel like you stepped into a haven where stress has no place to be. The open kitchen, forming part of the living area is fully equipped should you decide to cook for yourself, or simply have one of our chef on demand to come and organize lunch or dinner for you and your family. Our maids will also prepare breakfast for you every morning (at charge), you can simply purchase the groceries and they will prepare it for you as well as organizing daily cleaning so your stay with us will served well. A large dining table will accommodate all your dinner parties, or you could use the tables on the terrace next to the pool. Enjoy a breakfast with the sunrise, or dinner with the beautiful sunset colors that only Bali offers...and all this while you can hear the waves of the nearby Indian Ocean. Still part of the main open living area, you will find a very comfortable set of sofas facing a huge flat screen TV, perfect for "movie night" while eating pop corn. Enjoy a game of football or rugby with your friends on two separate cable TV providers, offering a huge choice of sports/news/movies/cartoons from around the world. All bedrooms are very spacious and come with large en-suite bathrooms. They also have flat screen TV with international cable TV offering more than 60 channels from all over the world. All bedrooms are fitted with top quality bedding and linen and since the villa is located in a very quiet area, your restful sleep is guaranteed! Del Boca villa also has a game room equipped with flat screen TV, Cable TV, DVD player and... a brand new Xbox with a few games ready to be played. Alternatively, this game room can be turned into a 5th bedroom with 2 single beds. The game room also has its own bathroom. Del Boca Villa also comes with an office space equipped with a scanner/printer should you need to work a little while on holidays. Nevertheless, the villa will make you feel so relax that I doubt you will feel the need to work... you are holidays after all!! Del Boca Villa offers as well a top roof terrace with a beautiful view over the surrounding rice fields and Mt Agung. Ideal for a couple of "vinos" at sunset or a Yoga session with the early light at sunrise. Walking distance from the beach, restaurants and shops, you will find it so relaxing taking strolls on very quiet road, away from crazy, busy Seminyak! Should you like surfing, the beaches near the villa have some great waves. You will be next to some of the best surfing spots in Canggu. Also only a 400m walk on a very quiet road is a "fisherman village beach" - hence very quiet and again bringing you a real Bali feel. Should you wish to seek more "action" in Seminyak, a $8 taxi ride would take you there in 20mins could be less or more based on traffic. Our staff would be more than happy to organize the taxi for you. Last, but not least, Del Boca Villa has a large private parking area that also comes with... a half pipe skate ramp!! Therefore if you or your kids like skateboarding, remember to bring your skateboard and gear. Del Boca Villa is a 5 star villa that will guarantee you a very relaxing and memorable holiday. The staff is working in the villa from 8AM - 4 PM. Upon arrival or the first day of arrival one of the team from the management will come to meet and greet the guest, assist their needs and solving complains. The house is on a quiet road in Canggu within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and shops, away from the crowded part of Seminyak. It's close to some of the best surfing spots in the area. Seminyak is a 20-minute ride away.
