This place is an absolute gem for anyone seeking privacy, peace, and quiet. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay; it was exactly what I needed to unwind. The convenience of having shops nearby and a variety of activities in the area made it even better. The host was incredible! She was always quick to respond to my messages, making everything seamless and stress-free. I also appreciated the housekeeping service every other day. The cleaners did an excellent job tidying up the house and pool area, changing the bed linens, and providing fresh towels. It was such a treat to have that level of care and attention. Staying here truly made my holiday great and relaxing. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!"

This villa is beautiful, we felt right at home as soon as we walked through the gate. Great location, on the edge of Legian and Seminyak in a lane way off Jalan Legian, it’s a dead end so no passing traffic meaning it’s so peaceful. Villa is fully serviced so house manger, cleaning staff, gardener and pool man. This means the villa was spotless and we felt so well cared for. Truly a 10 out of 10 experience, thanks so much, we will be back

Stunning villa. Much bigger than the photos. Love that the bedrooms are seperate from the living space. Great location, walking distance to everything, or a couple minute gojek ride. Lots and lots of millipedes, probably cause of the wet season but if not a fan of creepy crawlers then may think twice before booking. Only issue we had was that the address is difficult for gojek/grab drivers when delivering food. Very at tentative staff and helped us with our airport transfer and luggage as we had a late flight on check out day.

awesome location and very clean. had a great stay. only negative thing I can say and its not the owners fault. had some critters visit at night in the ceiling. could hear something scampering around at night. other than that it was an awesome villa

Great stay, hosts where really responsive at all hours and extremely helpful. We where accommodated really well. Cleaning was done everyday. Location was ok!

We just got home from an 8 night stay at the Pearl of Bali villa. We were extremely satisfied with this villa! Everything looked just like the pictures if not better. Very clean and the perfect location. It’s just minutes from Eat Street but just far enough that we weren’t able to hear the noise from the city. It was quiet and peaceful. Anna and her staff were very friendly including the cleaning lady and the pool guy! She lined us up with a private driver for the duration of our stay. His name was Sandu and he was amazing. Very prompt and brought us anywhere we asked to go and also stopped to show us things we didn’t know about. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to everyone!

De villa was erg fijn om in te verblijven. Alle kamers waren heel ruim en schoon. Elke dag kregen we ontbijt en werd de was gedaan voor ons. De gastheer en vrouw waren ontzettend lief en hielpen met alles wat ze konden. Namens mij en mijn familie: enorm bedankt voor het geweldige verblijf.

We are a family of four who very much enjoyed our stay at the villa. Villa was very comfortable, cool aircon, great kitchen amenities. Great wifi for teenagers. The projector was fantastic for quiet family movie nights. Pool was beautiful & refreshing. Garden well maintained. Housekeeping were lovely people who made sure we felt at home

Easy and accessible location. Had some issues but was promptly addressed and staff were deployed down within 10 minutes to help resolve it. Best host i have been to so far!

I habe stayed in many airbnbs but this was the best airbnb experience I have ever had. Anna went above and beyond to provide an exceptional stay for my friend and I. She booked our airport transfer and even showed up at the airport when we arrived. She showed us around the villa, which was just as pictured. The rooms are really nice, the aircon worked great in the rooms, and we had everything we needed. As the listing stated, you can hear the nightclubs nearby, but that was the appeal to my group. We walked to Finns and Atlas for our nights out. You can hear the bass of the music at night but it was not that loud and did not bother us. We loved being so close to the clubs! Anna help setup all of our excursions and tours as well. We couldn't have asked for a better stay or host. If you are debating on staying here, you should book!

We had a lovely time at Villa Tuntas! It was quiet yet a 5min walk to the beach and a busy strip full of shops, restaurants ect! The staff that came everyday to clean were lovely! Having security was also a good peace for peace of mind (not that it felt unsafe at all). The villa was clean and had everything we needed. The stairs to the one bedroom upstairs are quite steep (probably not ideal for small children) but for us it was fine! The hosts were so efficient at replying to any questions and requests! We would recommend the villa and stay again. Nat

We had a good time at Desi's place. Desi was extremely helpful with our needs during the stay. The location is perfect and close to many restaurants, Spa and grocery shops for all the daily needs. The villa is relatively new so the newly built roads to the villa don't really reflect on the Google maps yet. If you are trouble ordering food from grab. Just ping and mention to them the driver to deliver to the last villa on the gang Pisang Lane and you should be good.

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay. The initial contact with Karl was professional and smooth. The villa has a manager named Made who was outstanding. Made really provided a 5-star service with everything from booking trips, helping out with visa extension application process and providing information. My experience is that extra ordinary service is when you someone thinks about the small things you forget, without having to ask or check up. Taking a holistic view. Made had a proactive approach, thought about and planned everything before we had to asked him. That is for us what 5-star service is all about. The Villa is big, specious and accurate to what the pictures. If I should bring up anything on the more negative side it would be that we traveled with small children and would have liked to make use of the patio by the pool. However due to the mosquitos this was not possible. Could be that the mosquitos was a result of the rainy season (March) when we stayed at the Villa and that this is not a problem during the rest of the year.

everything is perfect, we felt like in a traditional balinese house but it doesn’t forget the modern functionality. peaceful morning by the pool with sun shining right through the open area, even in this rainy season we felt safe and sound. kids friendly, but keep your eyes on your kids around the pool since it goes around 170cm on the other side. the staffs are friendly and helpful, we can communicate swiftly with Pak Nyoman to the staffs for any inquiries.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour, la villa est spacieuse et possède beaucoup de charme. Les chambres sont grandes et disposent toute d’une salle de bain attenante, très pratique. L’emplacement est très calme mais proche de tout à la fois. L’hôte et le staff on été au top durant notre séjour, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

The pictures doesn’t do it justice 🎉 The villa is even better in real life. Very peaceful, very quiet and private eventhough surrounded by another villa. Everything is very clean and the cleaner lady is very polite. A lot of restaurants make it easy to order in but going out is also easy because everything is nearby. I will definitely come back to stay when the family are back visiting Bali ✨✨

We cannot fault our stay at Made’s villa. The villa itself was picturesque and exceeded our expectations. The area was quiet and peaceful yet not too far from the hustle & bustle when we wanted to go. The team were incredibly responsive whenever we had concerns and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was not disturbed by the building going on around us. Highly highly recommend and we look forward to returning one day.

The most amazing villa - the best we stayed in during our 2 weeks in Bali. After a night in a not so great accommodation, Martin, Kadek, and team went above and beyond to make us feel safe and welcome at Villa Leah. We loved it so much that we cried leaving - we will be back whenever we are in Bali and would recommend to anyone travelling to the area. The villa is not only beautiful but is perfectly equipped with anything you'd ever need, it is so private and central, and a perfect oasis. Thank you again :)

This villa is absolutely beautiful and a great place to stay. There are a lot of thoughtful touches in the Villa and we thoroughly enjoyed our short stay here. The pool is a good size, the beds very comfortable and the living room / kitchen are well equipped and large. Widya was very helpful on Check in and check out and helping with anything that we needed. We would absolutely stay here again if we were staying in Sanur again!
