Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Pantai Batu Belig

Ibu Chandra adalah pemilik rumah yang ramah dan baik... rumah nya bersih dan bagus, lingkungan rumah nya juga tenang, tepat di pusat kota, dekat dengan tol dan bandara, untuk kekurangan nya hanya di air kamar mandinya saja yang kecil... semoga kedepannya bisa di perbaiki, tapi untuk keseluruhan nya ini bagus dan sangat rekomen apalagi yang mau menginap bersama keluarga karna fasilitas di rumah nya pun sangat lengkap 👍 Terimakasih Banyak Bu Chandra... 🙏

The Paya Paya Villa was the perfect accommodation for our adult family's annual holiday (four pairs of adults). Each couple had their own well appointed beautiful bedroom and ensuite giving them their own space within the Villa whilst the outside area and open living room allowed us all to come together for meals, card games, massages and drinks by the pool. The Villa is exactly as described and the images do not express the peaceful feel and generous proportions of the home. The location was central to a diverse range of restaurants (recommend Lilo Indonesian Comfort Food & the Italian Restaurant); medical/pharmacy; "corner" store; and walking/scooter distance from Seminyak shopping district, the beach and Potato Heads. The Villa staff, Arie, Made, Yulis, Made and Ketut allowed us to easily enjoy what Bali had to offer and made our stay so memorable. We cannot thank them enough for all they did for us. It was very difficult to leave such an incredible country and people.

Indeed a beautiful villa, especially the 2 suite on ground floor, the fishes in the pond and the pool right in front of the bedrooms. Housekeeping is good and staff are polite and helpful. The only setback is there is no Air-con in the dining and living hall. There is no ceiling fan above dining table. So it was quite uncomfortable for us. Master bedroom became the communal hall for all of us to chill because of the air con.

Great guest house to stay, very close to the Echo beach, restaurants and grocery stores. You will receive a warm welcome here! I did not use the kitchen but you have one that you can use. You can also ask for laundry services in a shop right next door. Only inconvenience for me was the wifi that did not work so well: I did get messages on WhatsApp but wasn't able to do more. I still recommend!

Perfect overnight stay to catch the ferry in the morning. My host collected me from the airport and dropped me at the ferry terminal. The room was simple and perfectly clean. I would highly recommend staying here. I will definitely come again.

Insgesamt die perfekte Unterkunft für Canggu. Die Lage ist unglaublich gut. Der Strand nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß und unglaublich viele Lokale und Geschäfte in der direkten Umgebung. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es ab 12 Uhr abends auch ruhig im Zimmer. Das Bad ist etwas veraltet, aber dennoch in Ordnung.

Ich hatte eine gute Zeit. Bedanke mich herzlich für den respektvollen und sauberen Umgang.

I’ve travelled to over 35 countries in my life. Joe & his team are basically what you’d expect to find in a hotel. Very professional. I stayed in two of his villas for two months & every single problem or request I had, he and Enzo took care of right away. I asked for an office chair & desk: Delivered before arrival. Wifi wasn’t working very well in the second Villa: new modem installed that day by Enzo. Free airport pick-up/drop off too! The pool’s big & beautiful &, in this villa, is right in front of your place. There’s on-site staff all day & usually thru the night, + just an sms away, 24/7. The place is located right nearby a cool street w/lots to see, + the beach is like 10 minutes away on scooter. Joe & his team even helped me get a local scooter + w/visa services. When I first saw the Villa I was a little turned off by the purple color on the couch but once u’re inside it’s just fine. I’ll stay again in the future for sure! Thank you, Joe & Enzo!!

We loved this place. It's one of three villas, run together like a boutique hotel (breakfast every day, options for laundry, spa, transfers, etc.). The area is quiet and has a great deal of privacy. The indoor/outdoor concept also works really well. The area is a little far from the main downtown, but there are convenience stores, cafes and a coworking space nearby. Only downside is due to traffic, getting to other areas of interest in Bali can take a long time. Also, you are really close to nature - we saw ants, termites, mosquitoes, flies, millipedes, colourful snails, little spiders and a number of gecko species. I enjoyed it, but if you have a phobia for little critters beware....

The entire villa team made us felt very welcome, they attended to our very needs and accommodated any requests with speed. They offered massage service in villa and personal chefs which we found extremely convenient especially catering to a big group. All amenities and descriptions of the villa were accurate. We really enjoyed our stay and this villa is amazing for anyone who is interested to chill and explore Ubud. :)

A beautiful place to stay. Close to everything yet still nice and quiet. Fantastic host and all staff on the property were amazing and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here over the New Years Eve period and all 5 of us had an amazing time. We felt right at home straight away and was welcomed with warmth. Was able to organise airport transfer for us all and the staff were very helpful in every way.
