Thank you for such a welcoming stay. Very well-maintained space, all the comforts of home for a family with three children and a very helpful host, Mr. Kostas. If we find ourselves in Thessaloniki again, we will return.

Everything worked and the cleanliness was impeccable upon entry. The host is very friendly. The only complaint is the noise from the neighbors and from the street. The internet and television worked smoothly. The square footage of the apartment in the title and the terrace. For a couple, the apartment is great.

The apartment was clean and well-maintained, just a 2-minute walk from the sea. We especially enjoyed the sea view from the balcony. The bedroom was quiet, perfect for a relaxing night's sleep. Would definitely recommend!

Anke and Evangelos are wonderful hosts. The apartment is as described in the listing, not to say much better. You feel right at home, everything is very brightly decorated and cozy. There are also insect screens on all the windows, which I absolutely loved. The pool not only invites you to splash but also linger, at the current temperatures it is pleasantly cool, the garden is a small oasis. I'll be back next year as soon as the calendar is unblocked. A grand, spacious pristine apartment with a great balcony with a beautiful sea view & breeze 24/7. A convenient location with a supermarket at one end of the street and the sea walk at the other end with cafes, restaurants, bakeries etc in between. Thessaloniki itself was a surprise and a delight. A relaxed Greek city with a French touch and with so much history over 2000 years. We had a great 5 day holiday there after a hectic time in Istanbul. Highly recommended.

All good for us, however, the hvac in the bedroom is noisy. We did not need it, but if we did we would not like the noise

We had a good time staying at the place. It was clean, we were received personally and it was easy and uncomplicated to reach our host. The location was perfect for us. It's within broader walking distance from the center and easy to get around with public transportation.

An exceptional host. The place is great for several families. Jürgen and his family are wonderful people. The house has everything you need from utensils in the kitchen to all the necessary appliances. Every room has air conditioning, it is very clean. Sahara beach is 5 minutes away by car, but Jürgen recommended us a smaller local beach that is exceptional and not crowded... All in all, the place is for every recommendation... 17 of us stayed in the house (10 adults and 7 children) and we didn't miss anything... And another important thing for this part of Greece, the water pressure is exceptional...

Konstantinos was very polite and very helpful. The house is really cozy, exactly as described, very clean and offered everything required for a pleasent stay.

This place is near the beach (1 minute walking) and near the airport (9 minutes driving). It has everything as described. Parking is available in front of the door. Keybox checkin and checkout any time possible. It was nice to be able to stay here.

We have stayed at Solon's place for a full month and it felt like home. We really appreciated that it was free of clutter that you usually see in other places on AirBnB. It had everything we needed and always felt so tidy and neat. The view from the terrace was amazing and we found it very calming. It was close to everything and the two bicycles provided made it easy to get around. They provided us with a high chair and cot for the baby, both in great condition.

A friendly host. He gave nice tips to do and where we could eat well. The house was spacious and has nice beds.

Excellent choice of accommodation. Clean, easily accessible space. It had everything we needed that was also included in the listed amenities. Comfort for sleeping, fully equipped kitchen, beautifully and tastefully decorated space. With Katerina, we had excellent communication for anything we needed. We would be there for the 2nd time, as we were very satisfied the 1st time and the communication with Eleni and her husband was great and the apartment meets our expectations in every way. We'll be back and looking forward to seeing you again. Clear recommendation!

Perfect location. Friendly Host

It was the best place I’ve ever stayed. Cleanliness, location, and price were all great. (I went knowing it was on the 5th floor with no elevator.) If it’s your first time in Thessaloniki, the location is perfect — close to everything. The famous bakery is just around the corner :) Even though there are cafes downstairs, it wasn’t noisy; the street was lively but not disturbing. The stay in the apartment was great!!!The place is beautiful and warm in a quiet neighborhood easy parking. Next to urban transportation and the Metro stop. In the neighborhood there are many restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets. The house was just like in the photos spotless and with all the equipment. The host excellent and very friendly responded very quickly. I highly recommend it!!!!
