Beautiful setting, rolling grassy hills, sheep and cows, also bird attracting native trees, occasionally visited by wallabies and koalas. Cottage is a 5 minute walk to the Hopkins river, good for swimming in hot weather. Also a 5 minute drive to the Hopkins Falls. House is designed with sustainability in mind, thermal mass concrete floor, north facing aspect, well insulated, wood heating.

Lana was one of the most friendliest, accommodating hosts we have ever interacted with. She was extremely helpful and went out of her way to make sure our stay was memorable. this was such a beautiful place to stay, we only stayed for 2 nights but wish we stayed longer 😍 the property was clean, had a beautiful view (especially as the sun was setting) and it was in such a convenient location! I would definitely recommend and would stay here again!
