Property in the heart of the Gascogne countryside

This serene home located in a quiet French village, surrounded by beautiful vineyards and famous Chateaux lends itself to a relaxing holiday destination. Situated between Eauze and Nogaro, two towns where you will find local markets, shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and bakeries where you can buy delicious fresh produce. Within a 2 hour drive you can also explore the Pyrenees Mountain range or even the West Coast of France, there's something for everyone.

Accommodation in a wooded park

On the heights of Nogaro as well as on the Chemin de St Jacques de Compostelle, this studio with terrace is located in a wooded park that will charm you. You will find all the amenities of the city 800 m away (supermarkets, bakery, bars, tobacco, laundry…) as well as the Nogaro car circuit. For one night or more, this studio has everything you need: equipped kitchen, bathroom, toilet, double bed, TV, terrace and private parking.

This former farm was renovated and thought for you to feel like home! Surrounded by vineyards, a vegetable garden and an flowery garden, you will appreciate calm but also the warm welcome of the locals. Landlords are living nearby and will offer to you what is best in Gers: organic food from across the street, taste of the « Floc » or the « Armagnac » but also a lot of animals: chicken, goats and Horses!

Away from a small village in Bas Armagnac, quiet, with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. Independent studio located next to our house, fully equipped: TV and DVD player but no DTT, Wi-Fi, a mezzanine with a large 160 bed and a folding sofa, kitchenette, bathroom, parking. 15 minutes from the Nogaro circuit, Barbotan-les-Thermes and its casino, Eauze and 35 minutes from Mont-de-Marsan.

Located 15 minutes from the Nogaro car circuit and 10 minutes from the thermal cure of Barbotan les Thermes. After you have the farm at the deer of Houga 10 minutes away, you also have the village swimming pool 5 minutes away, open in July and August. You can also go boating in our pond and swim! We also offer crayfish fishing.
