The apartment at the beginning of a cul-de-sac contains an equipped kitchen, bedroom, living room with sofa bed (can be pulled out for up to 2 people, you sleep on 2 real mattresses) and bathroom with shower. From the balcony you have a direct view of the three armchair. The walk and bike path starts right in front of the house. Parking is available on the premises as well as adjacent to a large hiking parking lot. Note: Not suitable for animal hair allergy sufferers. City tax included.

Neben einem schönen Feierabendbier auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge sowie Pferdekoppel, gibt es in der Gegend viele Angebote für das sportliche Herz. Neben Radfahren, Wandern- ist auch das „bayerische Venedig“ - Passau nur ca 30min mit dem Auto entfernt.

Thanks to its location, you can easily reach the historic center on foot within 5 minutes. The small room is partly furnished with antiques and is located in the old ship's post office of 1805 opposite the castle, with an interesting museum directly on the Danube. The garden can be used by our guests. Danube bike path leads past the house, in addition to the usual bus connection, there is also the possibility to transfer to Austria by ferry or to drive to Linz or Passau by steamer.
