We stayed in Marco's apartment for an EVJF and we were delighted: welcoming, chic and stylish apartment! More than warm welcome from Marco who does everything to make us feel at our best. Not to mention their availability, valuable recommendations and unparalleled sense of service (airport driver, home chef, restaurant and spa reservations, etc.). Had a short two night stay at Alexsandras apartment. She was really friendly and informative, and her lovely parents met us on arrival. The view of Lake Iseo is stunning, and as we arrived late, she recommended a really good pizza restaurant 5 minutes walk away. The space is spotless and has a great kitchen. As is usual in Italy, there's no microwave. Italians like their food fresh! You definitely need a small car to get there, but that's why they invited a Fiat 500! Getting there is along very tight streets, and very steep roads, so a small car is essential, but that adds to the charm. Really good spot!

Great place, beautiful view, garage for the car. Private garden and a swimming pool just next to the side gate. You need to have a car to get to other places but still it is awesome place to stay. I could not set up air conditioning to increase the temperature so it is worth to ask how to do it.

We had an amazing stay at Christian's house. The property is wonderful - modern, clean and spacious inside and the outside space is as good as it looks on the photos. We spent hours relaxing in the garden area. Christian had also thought of extra details to make the stay even more welcoming, like a hamper of local foods on arrival and care packages in the bedrooms. His communication was fantastic as well, very quick to respond and nothing was too much trouble - he booked us a shuttle back to the airport and even offered to pick us up when we arrived due to a train strike. All in all a brilliant stay and would recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic stay.. i asked Massimiliano if we could celebrate the first birthday of my baby and he gently accepted all of our requests giving us freedom to do whatever we wanted (respecting the spaces of course)..We had a fantastic stay and the kids enjoyed the pool even though the water was freezing. They are present always but not so intrusive so if you need something you can message and they will respond whenever they could. We recommend!

Alberto and his wife were incredible hosts, they welcomed us to a corner of paradise in the middle of the Oltrepò Pavese hills, in their family home. The farmhouse is a piece of history and tradition, completely renovated a few years ago, with every comfort and service. Living room with kitchen and huge sofa bed, double bedroom renovated in the old barn with incredible views of the hills, a fine wooden staircase that connects the entrance to the upper floors, a cellar room where you can immerse yourself in the memories of a bygone era. The house is very large, also suitable for large families like ours. The view from the terrace is incredible and the relaxation we had in the pool was priceless (saltwater pool, very rare!). Alberto is a man of rare sociability, he involved us in the stories of various anecdotes, both concerning his family and the surrounding areas. He gave us valuable advice on the area and the activities available. Thanks!!

We had a great time at Matteos house. At check-in, we were very kindly received by his mother. The house, the garden and especially the pool are beautiful and very well maintained. Our three children had a great time in the pool, which is accessible by large steps and has a great flat area. Perfect also for smaller children. The surroundings are beautiful and Bergamo can be reached in a few minutes by car. A great place to stay! Thanks for everything!

Very nice apartment with wonderful hosts. Everything is as described and previous reviews. We spent two nights in the house and were glad that it was convenient to explore the surroundings - Bergamo and San Pellegrino - everything is nearby. The house has books, guidebooks, and games in case the weather is not good. The only thing we couldn't find was cookware, but we didn't need it. Well, it is also important to note that the house is in a fairly large village, according to the description, we thought it was a more secluded place. But this was not a problem, because the village is quiet. Thank you for having us!

Our stay at Lake Como far exceeded our expectations. There were six of us, and the accommodations were immaculate—beautifully designed with thoughtful, loving details throughout. Our host, Nicola, was incredibly helpful and responsive to any questions we had. I especially loved being just a bit removed from the busier parts of Lake Como—it gave us a sense of peace without sacrificing the view or convenience. We had a great stay! Maria was incredibly attentive, easy to communicate with, and genuinely cared that we had a good experience—offering helpful advice and tips throughout our trip. The apartment itself was spotless, very comfortable, and well-organised. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into creating a welcoming space, and as a guest, you really benefit from the clear and well-kept rules. The location is also a major plus—there’s a metro stop right outside, which made getting around the city really convenient. Highly recommend!

It is a wonderful quiet and private house on the edge of the village of Palanzo overlooking the lake and mountains. The two large windows overlook the lush green terraces opposite. The qualities of the location and the old small house were redesigned with great skill into a harmonious whole. We felt very, very comfortable here. Thank you also for the warm welcome and the tips. We spent a very relaxing week in Federico's well-kept house and surroundings. We liked the quiet location of the accommodation and the view of the mountains very much. It was particularly nice to enjoy the morning coffee in the first rays of sunshine at the house in the beautiful garden or to spend some reading time on the sun loungers in the sun under the palm trees in the late afternoon. The bright and cosy winter garden is also great for all meals. Federico is a warm host and always available for questions or arrangements. We felt completely comfortable.

We were 3 nights in the apartment. We enjoyed the hospitality of Emilio and Anna. They are warm and friendly hosts despite the difficulty in understanding the language. They sent us to a recommended restaurant, to the nearby supermarket. The apartment is nice, pleasant, clean, and tidy. We highly recommend that you have it.

The place is beautiful. The view is stunning. The house was very clean and as described. The owners communicated quickly and provided very clear instructions. The parking space is good. We had 3 large vehicles so it was a little tricky to get in and out but we managed fine. We had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend this place to others.

Beautiful 'home away from home' with stunning views in a quiet town on the lake. Simona is the perfect host - warm, friendly and helpful. She put together an outstanding welcome package with everything you need to start your vacation! There is a lush garden with a resident turtle who appreciates daily treats of diced apple. The cafeteria Aurora at the corner serves simple local food and a delicious pizza. We picked up some pasta and produce at the little mini mart down the street and enjoyed a home cooked dinner on the porch overlooking the lake. The ferry in Urio is a short walk away and connects to all major tourist spots. We especially enjoyed the short ride to Nesso to see the waterfall. Overall, the Casina delle Rosa is a great location to unwind, take scenic walks, and build some wonderful memories of Lake Como. Highly recommend!

For us, Casa Berta was the perfect accommodation! We spent one day each in Bellagio and Como - and were very happy to leave the crowds (late May!) behind us and live in such a quiet, charming mountain village. We imagined the road up to be worse from the reviews - thank God there is not much traffic up here. Nevertheless, we preferred the bus, which actually always ran reliably (except on Sundays, when it generally does not run). The Casa itself is really adorable. Everything as in the photos. Very comfortable bed and head cushion. Also the shower with good water pressure (normally I don't like shower curtains, but the shower is large enough that the curtain, which is not made of plastic, does not stick to the body). The terrace is also great, we spent a lot of time here. It would be perfect if there was also reception on the terrace, for example, to stream music or plan the next day.

Our stay could not have been better!!! Cinzia and her family are wonderful people and have prepared an apartment with great care and refinement. It is exactly as in the photos, very comfortable, cozy, beautiful, well decorated. We had a great weekend with the family! I highly recommend it!

First of all: you can't find a better host than Roberto on Airbnb. Very helpful, always available, gives an excellent explanation about the ins and outs of the house and is excellent in his hospitality. He met us at the bottom of the mountain to escort us to the house. There was an extensive range of breakfast items, biscuits, etc. We were allowed to use herbs and fruit from the garden. Moreover, he surprised us one evening with delicious pizza. The house and garden are really perfect. Authentic, romantic, well-equipped and very stylish in terms of design. Several terraces and a romantically lit garden in the evening. And a magnificent view! It is a challenge to get to the house. Steep narrow mountain road. But when you have arrived 'completely' a great surprise awaits you. In summary: we have enjoyed and we already miss Roberto's place!
