Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Panama Canal

I definitely give a 10 out of 10 to the place, spotless ultra clean very well stocked and with some extra supplies for you to use it, the communication with salvador was always great he answered me back pretty soon and everything worked out smooth during my reservation, I’m definitely giving a 5 stars and the recommendation for everyone looking for an stay in the area

OMG! This is thee best Airbnb i have stayed in yet.Unit 3003 in the The Sand apartments and mall is by far super fabulous,the host,the unit staff,the building staff,the Amenities. The unit has beyond what u can ask for,the building has 4 restaurants, 2bars,a gym, a children's playroom,zipline,and over deck within a elevator ride away from the apartments plus centrallylocated to everything. I really do recommend this Airbnb 200% for a super fantastic time in Panama.

the apartment is in a nice part of the City, close to some lovely seafood restaurants and the old town. the apartment was just what we needed for a week to enjoy the city. was great to have a pool and restaurants in the complex for convenience. would definitely recommend staying here if you're in Panama.

jerrick was a wonderful host. very responsive very helpful and friendly. the apartment was exactly as described and had all the amenities listed. Linens and toiletries were provided. The apartment has a beautiful view of the city. There is a supermarket and a few restaurants within walking distance. We had a wonderful stay at this apartment

An unforgettable experience! Steve’s well equipped apartment was clean, comfortable, safe, and quiet. But what made it special was its location. It is located on a long narrow causeway (Amador) that connects 2 islands to the mainland. His apartment has a wall of glass windows and sliding patio door that overlooks the channel where boats enter the Panama Canal. Fabulous to watch from inside AND outside on the patio and rooftop deck. If you comfortable with using public transportation, there are local bus stops on the causeway that will take you to the main terminal of transportation to any place local or long distance. That causeway is wonderful. Safe, family friendly, lovely for a cooling evening stroll.

Lovely, modern and tastefully furnished apartment. Nice and shady terrace with beautiful canal views right in front of the pools. Tight security in the apartment complex. We spent almost two months here and felt at home.

Lovely location. The staff on the property are great and the amenities were gorgeous. There are restaurants, a spa and a small grocery on site which is super helpful. If you can, make sure you stay through Saturday night - They have activities and live entertainment. Ingrid was very responsive. Her place was fully equipped and clean. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed at this apartment for 5 nights during our Panama City trip . For us it was kind of home away from home . It’s a bit far from main town but uber is easily available. There is a neighbourhood which has supermarket and cafe and is at 3.7 km . If you are coming with family , this is the place . The apartment is quite big . Kitchen has plenty of pots , pans and crockery . For us it was very convenient as we have been travelling for two months and we prefer to cook our own meals . We enjoyed views , beach , Gym and Jacuzzi. Thank you for hosting us . Regards Usha & Devesh

For anyone who has passed Panama, it's just a matter of spending a few days there. The house is beautiful with a lot of style where there is something to discover everywhere. A beautiful view of the beach arises. Carlos is a wonderful host. Very helpful and accommodating. You like to hear him because he always has something exciting to tell :)
