The place was amazing, actually better than what was depicted in the photos. The surroundings were great, peaceful which made our experience even better. Will definitely come back to this place again, when possible!

The place is best described as quiet and peaceful with lots of greenery. We had good time and felt at home and had great time interacting with you guys ☺️. Patcho and rock were delught and we enjoyed their attention as well. Hope to be able to visit in future as well. Thank you for hosting us. ☺️

It is a 3 story property, with a lift. The place was clean and had beautiful interiors. We were two families here for the vacation with 2 young kids. The kids had a lovely time too exploring the place . The place doesn’t have a kitchen but the caretaker made tea and breakfast for us on request.

Host Elton's property is located in South Goa. It's a newly constructed independent bungalow and easily accessible by road. It's slightly interior with a nice neighborhood as well. Property is fully furnished with Three Spacious bedrooms, Attached Bathrooms and also a nice balcony facing the paddy fields/ lake.All the attached bathrooms have hot water facilitythroughout. Living room is also quite big enough to accommodate a group of 6. Kitchen is semi furnished with utensils, gas stove, microwave, crockery sets. There's a very nice sit out area that adds to the beauty of the property. Two Cars can be easily parked inside the property. Overall, it's definitely worth staying in this property. Mr Elton was really helpful right from the time of booking the property till we vacated.. Our 3 day stay in the property seemed like we spent a few hours. It was very memorable as it was my Dad's FIRST VISIT TO GOA. He really loved the hospitality of the host and has plans of visiting again

Hyacinth was accommodating from pre booking and even more friendly when we met him. He did not rush us at all and invested a lot of time in the beginning to make sure we had no other questions. Communication was brilliant and sometimes he would even respond within minutes. Always helpful and would get things resolved efficiently. Place was better than described in my opinion and clean was friendly too and we got along with him great. All you have to do is just tell him to clean where you require the most and he will do it. We will definitely stay with him again !

Galgibaga Beach is stunning with very soft sand and a lifeguard present all day. The clean beach is a turtle nesting site, where you might spot Olive Ridley turtles in Jan - Feb. Cozy Patrix House lives up to its name—it's comfortable and well-equipped. Mr. Heracles provides all necessary details in a diary. The owners, Mr. Heracles and Mrs. Liza, are friendly and always available. Amenities include a washing machine, gas stove, utensils, refrigerator, TV, ACs, and high-speed fans. They also provide beach mats, hats, frisbee, and an umbrella. The house is clean, well-lit, and has high-speed internet. Essentials like tea, coffee, and detergent are already available. They even provided a baby chair for our toddler. There is a clothes hanging area on the terrace, though caution is needed as it has no walls. Mr. Heracles helped us hire a cook, and the service was excellent. Overall, our experience was lovely, and we highly recommend Cozy Patrix House. We look forward to visiting again!

Great place. It's a bit quiet inside the society campus, which I liked. The beach is within walking distance, and the house has all the necessary amenities. I think a few more basic cooking utensils would have been better.

Amazing stay. It was situated at a beautiful location and away from any disturbances. The property was super clean and scenic. Thankyou so much for everything. Would look forward to come back and recommend the same for others.

Neat and comfortable home with easy accessible to beach and other shops. The instructions were very clear and Mr Rohit gave the contact numbers for rent a vehicle which was very helpful. Kitchen is having kettle pop up toaster fridge and Microwave with essential utensils. We can stay here with homely feeling. Had a nice stay. I recommend this home for a family of four who want to enjoy a peaceful stay without any disturbance. Thank you Mr Rohit and airbnb.

Our group of 6 have just returned from a 16 night stay at this Villa and we had the most incredible time! It was in a beautifully peaceful location with easy access to the surrounding places such as Palolem and Patnem. The villa itself is so spacious and relaxing with the most gorgeous garden. During the booking, Rohan was so responsive and helpful, making the experience before we arrived stress free! On arrival, Assis, Rohan’s father, checked us in and gave us so much helpful information for our trip. He was also on the other end of the phone for the entire trip for anything we needed. He kindly organised us local boat trips, which were incredible and recommended places for us to eat and visit! This was enormously helpful and his recommendations were simply wonderful, including Art Resort in Palolem, where we spent most of our holiday! Bahadur, the housekeeper looked after us really well, and kept everything clean and tidy, whilst also cooking breakfast. Thank you so much! 💕

A special thanks to our wonderful host, Daryl, who was incredibly helpful, kind, and always quick to respond. Also, heartfelt gratitude to Salina ji, the caretaker, for making our stay so comfortable and smooth. We highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway in Goa. Absolutely loved the place and highly recommend it! The house was exactly as described; located in a serene and very quiet village with a laid back vibe. It's on a large land with mango orchard to walk around and a lovely courtyard to hang out, exercise or play games with friends and family. Completely unpolluted environment with nature all around you; lots of fresh air; the only noise you hear is the birds chirping. It has a fully functional kitchen; fantastic for long stays, staycations or work-vacations. The only caveat - you need a vehicle to go around since the house is located in a very small village, not easily accessible by public transport. Having said that, it is only 5-10 min drive to serene South Goa beaches of Palolem, Patnem, Galjibag and Talpona with all their vibrancy, restaurants and commerical areas. You can easily switch from the serene house to a vibrant beach area in a few minutes drive. I am definitely coming here again for a longer stay.

Stay location is best and just 850 meter from Benaulim main beach. Rooms and one common bathroom are big and good. Another attached bathroom is very small. It was clean. It’s on first floor and accessible via lift and stairs. Car parking is available. Met Rahul and Jyoti and they were very nice people and very helpful. Suggestions to improve , I will share with them in private. Thanks for hosting us.
